Amazing customer service - 10/10

I am honestly amazed at the level of customer service that Larry has provided to me.

I had lost my only motorcycle key and Larry was super helpful getting me a new key cut by code. Unfortunately the code on my motorcycle ignition  was wrong and the key didn't work. 

At this point I expected to be on my own, since I'm also in a different province. 
However Larry walked me through the procedure of taking out my ignition switch, so he could send that off and get a correct key made for me. The customer service was amazing. My local dealer didn't even want to cut a key by code for me! 

I highly recommend Niagara Race Crafters!

One of the best purchasing experiences I've had.  Ryan was so helpful and responsive about finding me the bike I had a hard time locating and he was able to get it and provide me with a great deal.  After I provided my information, Larry then called me to arrange a time for delivery and was incredibly accommodating! Upon delivery, Larry personally delivered the bike in immaculate condition and chatted with me about everything from safety to every little nuance of the bike.  We also had a great chat about bike and some fascinating history of NRC.  What a great Team and people who work there!!!

At NRC I have the best service! Awesome customer service, when I call in with a question or problem they are able to help me with a solution soon after. They are attentive to the customer needs, every time I go in for oil change or simple service they make sure my ride is safe for the road and the rider. I would not go anywhere else. They are simply fantastic and the prices are not too bad, I much rather pay their price and know I and my ride are safe than cheap out and end up stuck somewhere with a broken ride.

The best motorcycle dealership in Niagara. Mechanics and sales staff are first rate. You won't find a better mechanic than Virgil.
