Niagara on the Lake Dental

Things started out good. I brought my whole family over, 6 including myself almost two yrs there . I missed one appointment and I was scorned like a child. Brushed off as if not giving me another appointment was punishment. How unprofessional and rude. However it turned out for the best. I found a much closer and up to date facility. Better equipment and much better staff. I'm not waiting 30 to 40 mins after my appointment time. Thankyou for giving me this opportunity to find a better place. 6 benefit payouts transferred!!👍

Made me a night guard so poorly fitted it shoved in my front teeth after a night of wearing it. The dental assistant would be shoving down on my teeth during the impression so much that the teeth would hit the metal tray past the putty. I had faith in doctors before coming here so although the process was incredibly uncomfortable I said nothing. Sure enough, this dental assistant's attempt at orthodontics, trying to determine herself how my teeth should rest, rather than simply taking an accurate impression of the teeth, ended up altering my bite and would have had serious consequences if I had continued wearing the device. It was up to my own knowledge of orthodontics to know not to keep wearing it. The doctor himself was useless in this regard. He would link up with the dental assistant and do his best to convince me my problem is psychological and merely discomfort when I'm actually in pain and eating soft foods allowing my teeth to recover. The doctor ended up dashing out of the room never to be seen again after finally making me angry with his attempts at making me change my story.

Super nice staff, really modern setup. Had to wait a bit to get in, but worth it!
