Visited the dental office of Dr.Tupman in pain, never being in the office and kind of hesitant at first,he assessed the situation and answered all of my questions and made me aware and feel at ease with what was happening. This was my first time charging this to my benefits thru sunlife and despite what other people say about price gouging when using benefits, Dr.Tupman was very fair, perfectly competitive with his rates and I never noticed any inflated rates like everyone seems to think when using my benefit package. Overall a great first impression, based on honesty, cost and professionalism. Top notch service from his receptionist to his assistants to the man himself, thank you guys so much for a job well done!!
After many years without seeing a dentist and needing extensive work, coupled with high dental anxiety. Dr.Tupman and his staff were welcoming, professional and have made me feel extremely comfortable thus far. I feel very confident I made the right decision in choosing them to be my Dentist. I will surely not be going anywhere else. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist that you consider Dr. Tupman's family Dentistry. I'm glad that I did.
Dr. Tupman is the kindest, proficient, personable dentist I have ever had. The entire staff is lovely and accommodating and I am grateful to be one of his clients.
This is a review unlike any other. You can look at this with a jaded eye and think that I am prejudiced , or , you can reap confidence from a 100% honest review. Likely only another dentist can truly give an unbiased review of another dentist’s work. In fact, ten years ago I sold my dental practice to Lowell Tupman. Over the years I had several dentists work for me and Lowell was the most qualified candidate technically and as far as his communication skills went, he had the right mix of sincerity and humility. I can vouch that his patients are in excellent hands. Now to my experience. I am most impressed with the quality of his work which I have already stated that only another dentist is qualified to judge. I have had many procedures done as a patient in this office and have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dr. Tupman. I still tell anyone who asks, that I would not seek dental care anywhere else. Lowell Tupman is a caring and meticulous dentist. This is the combination which makes a dentist successful. For these reasons, I am pleased to give a 5-Star rating to the office.
5 years ago I decided to change dentists and choose Dr. Tupman and have never regretted it. He and his staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Tupman takes the time required to discuss the procedures he is going to perform and during the procedure asks and makes sure that I am handling it well. His rapport with his assistant is wonderful to listen to and keeps your mind off of the procedure being performed. My teeth have never looked or felt better. I have and will continue to highly recommend him to everyone I know looking for a new dentist.
I am totally recommending Dr. Tupman Family Dentistry. When they say family it's so true why? Because their dentist office is a family. You are treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Tupman is my favorite dentist I have ever had. I am not young so I have had my share of poor dentists and uncomfortable offices. I was so afraid to go to a dentist that I stopped going for years but now I finally found my dentist family with an excellent Dentist. If you need a dentist please don't hesitate to go to Dr. Tupman Family Dentistry. You do great work Dr. Tupman you're awesome! Thank you to you and your staff for taking great care of my teeth.
I've always had a great experience at Dr. Tupman's office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sonia, the hygienist, always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Tupman and his team keep things fun and relaxed. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking.
I must say I was extremely impressed with my visit at Dr Tupman's office. I called for a tooth ache and was able to be seen same day. The care they provided to me is unmatched. Dr Tupman and his assistant took the time to show me my X-rays and pictures of my teeth to get a better understanding of treatment that I needed done. I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful office.
My family had never been to the dentist until my husband got benefits at his work. Called up Dr. Tupman's office from the number I found in the phonebook I know old school....it was actually a paper phone book: Maria the receptionist got my whole family of 5 in For appointments within a week even with my crazy schedual, explained what are benefits covered and rebooked us all for follow up appointments that were needed. The work I had done was done very well with as minimal pain as possible. My kids age 10, 12 &15 don't fight me about going to the dentist even when they know they are getting a needle for freezing .... The dentists are that gentle.The dentists are very friendly and don't rush you. They explain everything before they do it and answer all questions.....even the dumb ones; All staff there is very helpful, knowledgeable and most of all treats you like family. So glad we found them!!
Dr. Tupman and Dr. Grant are great dentists. I have gone to both of them and I am always relaxed and at ease. Could easily fall asleep, because they are do gentle. These two dentists are the best in Niagara Falls. All the assistants have wonderful personalities and can make even the most nervous patient relaxed. The assistants and the dentists are always explaining what is going on while working on your teeth. I highly recommend this dentist office.
