Would give zero stars of possible the gals in there were anything but helpful particularly the older one. After going in to get my license renewed with no resolve from them, I went to Moscow with a much more positive experience. Go to Latah county rather than Nez perce.

It has moved back to F street downtown.

I had a great experience here. There were a few people waiting when I got there but everyone was helped in a timely manner. The ladies were pleasant and helpful, gave me a printed document with things I need to bring in for my star card. I was in and out very quickly. I’ve been in DMV offices for hours before so I hope everyone realizes how fortunate we are here in LC Valley!

The person helping us was very patient and went out of her way to ensure we left there happy. We were missing a do Umenyiora and she was able to help us get an alternative online. Thank you for great customer service.

The Ladies here are great! You need an appt. but if you don't have one, they will make you take a seat and fit you in. The gal on the right I wish I could remember her name went above and beyond to help me by making phone calls to get what I needed.
