Location was nice, the surrounding view was top notch and it was easy to find. Parking seemed adequate and check in was fast. We were upgraded to a two bedroom at no cost and found the accommodations excellent. The breakfast was a little limited but tasty. Highly recommended.

Great place to explore Door County in winter, plus resort offers wonderful indoor pool, whirlpool, and GREAT sauna (steam), that was so refreshing since it was -4 outside! Suites are large, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, etc. Fireplace. Priced right.

We have been coming here since the resort opened and love it here. However this time we noticed a not so pleasant smell in one of the bedrooms, the blankets are obviously not cleaned very often, and there was toothpaste all over the bathroom cabinets. During the week it's very quiet here which is nice, but on weekends it can get very loud with out of control kids running around in the hallways. We had to tell the parents we didn't want to listen to their screaming kids and they did quiet down. I think the staff should be the ones to keep things under control, the staff would have had to be deaf, to not hear these kids. I'm sorry parents, but take your kids to Super 8 and not Door country to be out of control. Despite this we will be back, however during the week only, so we can avoid the loud kids we seem to encounter quite often.
