I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Newediuk Kipling. We layed my mother to rest yesterday,and the staff were organized, empathetic and met our every need. Special thanks to Sandra who guided us through our initial meeting with meticulous attention.

John Verwey was an absolute professional. My Mother passed away during the Rogers communication downage and that resulted in problems delivering her into the care of the Newediuk Funeral home. John made repeated phone calls to the hospital and to my family to keep us updated. This was an invaluable comfort at a very difficult time. The Kipling Funeral Home is beautiful, and we could not have been more pleased by our experience with this team.

Excellent experience to say the least. Dealt with Aswathy, Funeral Director, and she was tremendous from the beginning to end. Gave me all the info I needed, gave me a fair price, upfront about everything. Made me and my family feel welcomed. Newediuk is lucky to have her. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

I never thought I’d be writing a review for a funeral home, but I had to. John was amazing, he was helpful, sympathetic, and caring. He made sure we didn’t have anything to worry about and made sure everything ran smooth. Thank you again.

On the very night that my grandmother passed away, we called Newediuk funeral home on Kipling. My mom spoke to John, who was instantly compassionate, reassuring and made us feel like we were completely taken care of. The next day we met with Todd, and we knew that we had come to the right place. From the second we met the staff to the moment our service was completed, we felt supported, cared for, and taken care of. My family and I will always call on Newediuk in the future and they have definitely left an impression on us. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sandra and Shannon for helping my husband and my sister-in-law to make arrangements for their mom. They were so very helpful and I highly recommend this funeral home. I can feel that they understood us and how they didn't push or pressure us to make a decision right on the spot.

Although I never imagined that I would be writing a review for a funeral home, I am compelled to do so. My father passed away last Monday, and from the moment that I, and my family, entered Newediuk Funeral Home, on Kipling Avenue, the compassion and professionalism that was shown to us was noted, and praised by not only us, but all who attended the visitations and service as well. If there is such a thing as a beautiful funeral - it certainly was. No stone was left unturned, by John, Mike, Todd, Sondra and other names that escape me. Every single one of them went the extra mile to ensure a very smooth, worry free, few days. This was new to all of us and we were guided through step by step, with Newediuk's making sure that all of our wishes were not only met, but exceeded. The Newediuk Funeral Home on Kipling Ave. in Etobicoke, is by far the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly funeral home I've ever experienced. Not only is the staff sympathetic, but empathetic as well, catering to all of ones needs. They are a special group of people making ones worst time in life, a experience that one is able to cope with. No pressure. Simply, kindness.

Newediuk on kipling I thank you so much for being there when my mom past away on Dec.21st 2020 one phone call and Sandra right away prepared everything for me,very Profesional I didn't have to worry about anything right up to the cemetery.
