Airport amenities are good. Like most airports, the prices could be better. Economy parking experience was good - buses come regularly and drivers are courteous. Security check points need more people or better equipment to manage the lines. United flight left on time and arrived early.

Very clean. Security lines were super fast. Felt very comfortable traveling at this NJ airport during COVID-19.

We had a great experience with one of your officers on duty around 12ish. We were having difficult getting to to the taxi stop. He accompanied us to the stop, waited to be sure we were set up. Didn't get his name. A truly commendable guy.

I like flying in and out of this airport because it's small and easy to navigate to where you need to go. I like the the stores and bathrooms are really close to the gates. Security is always amazing. The lines move quickly and smoothly. I'm always early even when I'm late.

Never had problems with the airport itself. It's always been clean and quick when I've been. Took covid in stride

The drop off and pick up needs to be re-imagined. The airport is safe, very helpful security. Clean and easy to locate flights. Gate agents and retail staff are all great CSR and offer you a smile as they assist you. Even with covid mask you can see it in their eyes.
