New York Fries - Sevenoaks

I love the new compostable boxes. My favourite fries are the veggie works! Wonderful crisp fries with so many toppings! The people working are kind and courteous too

Worst experience ever the old lady is too rude and arrogant and laugh at customers too. Also she keeps on snapping at the staff too they were doing very good I don’t know why the shop needs her at all.This is downfall of a great restaurant Never coming back to have food here if this old lady is present

Kavya was the most rude employee ever, she made me feel like I was disturbing her, rolled her eyes every time I said or asked for something. I asked for topping for my hotdog and she rolled her eyes and rudely said what do you want. She gave me 2 ketchups thank you for the awesome service won’t be back.

The rudest older lady just served me.. I understand times are hard now..that was crazy..she was even snapping at staff..poor girls..

Good fries and service

Went there today at 830 and they were cleaning up for the night half n hour early and told me they ran out of fries!! Theit business is fries and they ran out?? I saw baskets full in the back. They just wanted to get ready to leave early. Poor customer service and disaapointing.
