Despite all the negative reviews my family had a great experience at this location. It wasn’t super busy only four teens sitting at one table eating their food and a few other people coming in. The space was clean and the staff were super nice, food was pretty good as all of us were happy and full at the end. Lots of seating too because it wasn’t crazy busy either. Got to have a nice quiet meal with the family
Except for a slim few menu items missing from their US restaurant locations counterparts - this location is great & the closest version of an authentic US location - Although it is pathetic how CANADIANS conduct themselves by leaving ALL their GARBAGE on the table so others can dine with a trashy landscape for a view where literally the trash can is RIGHT next to them - would it k**l ya Canucks to just reach over to the trash can next to ya and clean after yourselves??? You pigs make the AMERICANS look like Mr Clean
Came here for the first time, sitting here now lol, combo one was perfect, El Diablo had a hard bun on the bottom, and I brought it to the counter and I believe Jas, was super friendly and she got me a whole new bottom to the burger! It was fantastic, amazing service thanks ladies!! Definitely coming back
Food was just ok but way over priced. It was rhe furet time I paid almost $20 for a chicken burger fries and drink. Definitely won't waste my time or money there again.Food: 3/5

As a routine, I take my children to your Chilliwack store. We often do this as a treat, after school. We always order the 2 of the 2 burgers for $5.00 deal. 4 burgers in total Always add cheese, and the for 1 of the burgers, we swap it with a vegetarian Patty, paying the additional cost involved. My daughter is a strick vegetarian. We also buy 4 orders of Jalapeno poppers & 4 drinks. We do this roughly 2 - 3 times a month. This past Friday, upon placing this order, I was met with hostility from the drive thru attendant. "We don't do that. We can not change deal items" I responded that I have been ordering this for years now. "Well that's not possible. Everyone here knows we don't do that" Point of context, I have also ordered this same thing at your Abbotsford, Langley & Burnaby locations. My kids & I love your food & don't want to be forced to go elsewhere. I am willing to pay for the swap to a vegetarian Patty, as mentioned. I just do not understand why your employees would refuse such a reasonable dietary requirement.
If customer service is important to you - steer clear from Carl’s Jr. Redeemed the 4 can dine coupon 4 burgers, 4 regular drinks, 4 regular fries and 4 cookies via drive through. First were denied in selecting milk or juice options for our kids. Second, we noticed there were no cookies in the bag. When we asked the cashier where they were and if we can have them, they said “we don’t give those out anymore” yet the coupon clearly stated otherwise and was valid through October 2022. Reported the issue to head office which they’ve mentioned their store management team will contact me which they haven’t. Not impressed due to the lack of urgency in dealing with this issue.
Ate here last week. I hadn't been there in years. The Chris cut fries were pretty soggy. The girl on the window wasn't the greatest either. Handed me a couple things and then close the window. I had to go through everything that she had in me and make sure everything was there before I drove away.Food: 3/5
Friendly staff and fresh affordable burgers! Only problem is that they locked the door at 853 when they suppose to close at 9 ..so disappointed as we were hungry and my daughter had to go to the washroom. If ur open till 9 stay open till 9 or chg your hours
Manager of chilliwack location Mr. Mohit deal customers complaint as he is some gangster and showing attitude in same way as he owns the company. I just wanted something thats in picture not something that francise ownder operators buy from superstore or walmart to make company fool to make more money. No person working in that locatoin have name tags, Mr. Manager refused to give name of the cashier who took my order and on returning false order she told that pic is edited, mr mohit refused to give his last name and replied you are not inviting me to some function that you need my last name, gangster dialogue he said that i am well known in company call anyone, i was there to fight. I went their order my food, paid my bill and i wont accept when i dont get whats advertised. Why the names Of this store people are confidential??? While leaving store he said i should just ask refund and leave. Did i came to order return and leave??? Please tell him show attitude to someone, who he feed free. It was not defining me its was defining his character only. I will do my part on social media for sure. Please check pics how franchise owner operators make money by selling you cheap food vs advertised. Be aware of this lovation
