Well, were do I begin. Watery cheese sauce on the "veggie fries" which only included green onions - they were out of mushrooms and tomatoes and thoughtfully told us that after we ordered and paid for it. NO DISCOUNT, NOTHING. Ketchup came in what looked like a bud baggy - Which was sticky and wet on the outside. Portions were small and not in the regular NY fries poutine cup. It's too bad how down hill this location has gone. Used to be our favorite. Wont be returning.

NEVER AGAIN!! The guy I believe is the owner is just rude. My husband asked for ketchup and he was passed one small baggie. He offered to pay for additional ketchup but was refused. Luckily A&W was nice enough to give him some more ketchup free of charge.

Years ago I had an awful experience with the owner. Came back against better judgement and the owner still has a terrible attitude. I found a piece of plastic in my fries, the staff remade them but the owner insinuated I put it in myself and was very rude.

I got the works fries. It is supposed to have chili, bacon, cheese sauce, and sour cream. All I pretty much got was cheese sauce and kidney beans!  Not worth the price and staff is awful!!!  Extremely rude!

From rude serves to disgusting food that wasn’t really cooked and was cold when we got it. To the pop that tasted like dirt only to get home to spend over a hour in the bathroom if you have any love your your self DO NOT EAT THERE

Abrupt service with no smile. The utensil area was dirty and we had a hard time finding clean forks.  The pulled pork poutine had a light dusting of pulled pork, enough to look like it was sufficient but was sadly lacking in quantity.  I will not be back.

I was really hesitant stopping by the location because of all the negative reveiws on here but decided to give it a try anyway. I'm happy to report that the food was fresh and my veggie fries were LOADED! It was all very clean as well. The person working named Fatima hope I spelled that right was so friendly! I will absolutely be back next time I'm in town as I now have a full tummy of my favourite fries and the staff was just so nice!

I showed my BCAA card and he said-Nope we sold all those, for free hotdog deal July 20th….but he still had premium hotdogs to sell….what?!?!?!!the!?!?fudge?  Cheap, cheap, and cheap….I still ordered and then mysteriously my dining card numbers he punched wouldn’t work?!?!?  Never again!! The place looked unkempt anyway!!

This place makes the worst food. I wanted a simple order of large fries. No large size due to highways down, ok no problem. At least get my fries hot. Ordered a med instead, they were lukewarm at best and that's really not acceptable as fries is in your name. Highly not recommended have been disappointed everytime over the years.

$12 for a loaded french fry and barely got any of the condiments onions tomatoes sour cream nothing I should have been smart and went for Chinese food
