Fresh fries made to order. Gravy sauce is savoury and not too salty. Cheese curds have a decent squeak squeak crunch. Super friendly and nice staff. Not quite up to the standards like a Quebec poutine, which I am used to but excellent for a quick fix.

Our fries were fresh, and ready fast! We got regular fries today. Definitely want to try one of their new poutines - butter chicken or nacho fries!

My go-to place for NYF.  Staff are efficient and friendly.  Fries are always fresh and consistently good!  Elma has been working here for many years and is always serving fries with a smile!  Thank you NYF and Elma!

I've had their fries a few times over the years and it's usually fresh and tasty.  Earlier today, I ordered fries with the California dressing which now comes in pouch. The fries were as usual, however when I opened the California dressing it fell down in chunks.  I didn't think much of it at the moment but was a bit skeptical. Unfortunately I believe it might had gone bad, I've been sick for the rest of the day.  Again the food was fresh as normal and can't blame the staff for this. Would be advisable to do a quick check on some of the inventory. Outside of this, my other experience has always been good. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be coming back for a while.

One of my go-to locations when I crave for NYF. The staff there are friendly, fries are always fresh and crispy.

Hi new york fries, I got a good customer service from one of your worker named Alisa. She was super-duper friendly. I came at your store  for a Pop drink but how she treated me I ended up getting butter chicken fries. Thanks for your customer service and i will make sure to come again to visit store.

Amazing place I love the food and service! Especially the butter chicken poutine, it’s one of my favourite dishes here. The lady at the cashier today, was very nice and provided great service!

Very nice customer service and the staff is very friendly even though it was a busy day. The fries are freshly cooked it tasted amazing will surely visit again
