Went here yesterday and was eating with my mom and kids. Witnessed an interaction with what seemed like the owner and an individual and it was very heart warming and sweet. Removed a star because I got 2 orders of fries one a poutine and was told the first Cajun spice packet was free but an additional one would be .50c. Maybe having that listed somewhere would be helpful because i was unaware that something that was once free and available to use, now costs extra and i had already paid. Turns out 1 was more than enough for 2 people, but still was disappointing. If I bought my fries in separate transactions they would both be free then, no? The girl worker could have been more personable.
I had a great time eating delicious food at new york fries. The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome. Most importantly, every food and drink on menu tasted great!Food: 5/5

Just got time to post a reviewI went there in the morning around 9:40.. Mall wasn't even open that time but i was so hungry as i directly came from my night shift and i saw New york fries lights were ON.. So I stopped there and ask to the girl if she can help me... She said we are not open right now but Give me 5 min i am almost ready...She even Suggested me what should i can have.. then i bought the BDC poutine and it tasted amazing... So i can say that Customer service was supperbb She made my day And Fries were so delicious...
I can believe how rude the girl was to me. The one girl apologized for her said it was because she was new. She had a head phone in and I said something to her a few times and she did not respond then turned and snaps and says I heard you and still did not answer my question. The only reason your getting a three is because the one girl was amazing and I love the fries but wow that girl needs to be taught some manners. Holy
