Restaurant offers delicious poutine with a lot of varieties to try. Veg poutine and Nacho poutine are one of my favourites. Fries are well cooked, crunchy and tastes fresh. Restaurant staff is very friendly. All Poutine sizes are decent for its price, and Large size is good for 2 persons.
First time trying new york fries, I got butter chicken poutine, the butter chicken gravy was horrible, as an Indian I wish I hadn’t tasted it! It tasted like a ginger garlic curry, there obviously no butter chicken taste nor flavour nor chicken in this gravy! I paid $10 for nothing, I had to throw it. You need to upgrade your butter chicken poutine or just remove it from the menu! I wish I ate 10 chicken nuggets from Mc D instead!
The fries I received in the poutine came with the skin and were undercooked!! They taste terrible! I can't believe I spent $14 and ended up eating undercooked food with potato skins on it.
I personally love New York Fries! The staff at the Fairview branch are so nice and I got my order in just a matter of seconds. Great job!
I miss the beef lovers… this tasted bland, I can only taste the green onions. Can’t believe a regular size poutine cost $10+ with only two small ladle of saucebeef chili and two big spoon of green onion… Miss the old New York Fries.Food: 1/5

The customer service is exceptional. The store is very clean and has fast service.
Had a wonderful experience when I tried Poutine for the first time. I had the small "The Works" poutine which was nice. They come in Small or Regular sizes. For me small was good enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were pleasant and professional.
Scarce on gravy for a large poutine costing $13. Customer service was okay. I asked for more gravy, they told me that they poured enough and refuse to add more. Half the box of poutine was left dry…. I didn’t finish the meal. Poutine tasted good for the first half that was done right.
Poutine was soggy, fries were over fried and the whole thing just looked off and smelled weird. Really overpriced too, can't believe I paid $15 for this garbage. Even McDonald's has better poutine than this. Avoid Avoid Avoid
