Tasty fries yet expensive ! I noticed the bottom of the serving is all burnt or hard little fires sticks! Top is where the fresh ones are. I wouldn’t mind eating there once in a while!
Always a super long line during lunch time but the staff make the experience very quick. The prices are pretty expensive but I completely understand with inflation. Staff isn't the nicest but they do work fast. Nice small cozy location that's easy to spot!Food: 4/5
Very fast and amazing customer service! The girl and two guys who took and made my order today were very nice and got my order on point. I had forgotten to ask for my order to-go, and even though I did last minute, the nice guy with the beard, very kindly packed it for me in a matter of seconds. The only downside: they don't have mall employee discount : but honestly I don't mind it cause their portions, fresh ingredients, and attention are worth the few extra cents ;
Surprisingly delicious!! I had no idea NYF has Butter Chicken Poutine, and wow was it good. The butter chicken sauce was absolutely decent, flavourful and savoury, and I could tell the chicken pieces have been marinating for awhile, they were extremely tender. The fries are delicious as always. A regular of this menu item was 7.99.
Had a great experience here. Went to get a poutine. They make it Infront of you, it's hot and ready to destroy. Maybe let it cool down before you start to eat unlike myself. That's the risk I am simply glad to make. While the Poutine was being made I realized they have Green Onions as a topping, I asked if I could add it on though I didn't technically pay for it or add it to my order. The young man said "absolutely no problem". and hooked us up. Good food, good cost for what you get and it's fries, I don't know what else you need in life.

Ordered fries from this place and had very high expectations. I asked for less salt which came with no salt. It was full of scrap from the bottom of the pan. Taste wasn’t great either, so I thought $6 for fries was utter waste. I would not recommend fries from this place.
The fries are cheesy and the worker very friendly. Never disappointed me
