They hire idiots at this location. I drove 30 minutes to get there. I ordered a dozen bagels, 6 onion and 6 sugar and cinnamon. Several hours after I got home I wanted one, to my dismay I got 6 plain and 6 raisin cinnamon. I am very allergic to raisins. I could have had a serious reaction if I didn't notice what they had given to me. Now I have to go way back they just to get what I paid for originally, that is if they will honor the exchange!!!!!!

My wife loves the egg, ham & cheese on their bagels. I enjoy their ham and turkey on a kaiser roll. They have good pickles too.

I highly recommend NewYork Bagel Company in Fall River and Dartmouth, Massachusetts: Great spreads on well-made, tasty bagels. One of the only places that offers Nova lox in the area! Friendly staff. Best bagels in the region,  but different from size and slightly different texture compared to actual NYC-area bagels.

The world’s best bagels complemented by the most friendly and efficient service I’ve ever seen.  Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.  Simply the best!

Their bagels are wonderful...their customer service is not. They are not friendly, no smile, not welcoming, seem to be bothered by customers easily when they are busy. If they can work on their customer service it would be appreciated by all who visit.
