I usually have no Issues but the manager "sue" gave me the worst customer service and attitude I have ever experienced in my life. She wanted the call the cops on me cuz a passenger in my vehicle took too long to order and I didn't say thank you so she yelled your welcome at me ! Seriously ? This woman should never work in the light of day or around any humans ever. I asked to speak to a manager she laughed at me and said she was the manager. Name tag said shift supervisor...written in sharpie. I used to love this Dunkin but I am so disquested and upset by her actions and words she should never be a leader or in any position of authority. I felt so bad for the girl at the window sue was telling at me in front of her face. Unreal. Very very poor service.

Not 1 time has this dunkin donuts got my order correct. Today i had to go back a 3rd time. The girl looked me straight in the eye and told me there was no sugar in my coffee and it was LOADED with sugar and a syrup. I asked for almond milk and she put cream the second time, used the same up so still sugar on the bottom. A few days ago i ordered a bagel with creamcheese. Nope, got a muffin and creamcheese. Another day i asked for the cup to have 1/4 of it almond milk. She repeats i put a cup of almond milk and a splash of coffee. I asked another day for a bagel with creamcheese and jelly, got the wrong bagel with just strawberry creamcheese. Another day i asked for a bagel with creamcheese and jelly, they just put 2 bagels. Asked for a coffee cream and sugar got a coffee with milk. I am SO disappointed with the way they operate. I have to order a black coffee and fix it myself at home now. When my relative went to complain they told him since he was a previous employee "come on,u know how it is here" when i myself complained very nicely, now the manager gives me attitude whenever i go on and will not even respond to me pleasantly. UNREAL

Not sure how service at this Dunkin Donuts is handled on a daily basis but, went into store tonight just before 8 and the employee working did not acknowledge me and continued to wait on drive thru customers. I stood for about 5 minutes or so but employee seemed to disappear. I called out "hello" several times but no response. So, I left and went to a different Dunkin. I noticed another customer walk in as I was pulling away and appeared to be looking for someone to wait on them. Maybe under staffed because I used to get great service at that location during the day.
