Garbage food. Garbage service. Garbage portions. Chicken taste like it fell on the floor 50 times and was dry. Beef is really chewy and gross and noodles taste like it's been reheated 100x over. First older woman behind the counter is rude. Place is trash. Go elsewhere

What a bad experience yesterday! The Chinese server was VERY RUDE! She got mad when I just told her that I want the next chicken meal not the other one.m, right away she was screaming! Hello who ever you are you know who you are… CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! Don’t scream at your customers! You are getting your pay from the customers! You are not supposed to be working there! Your manager should know that they have to properly screen the employees before hiring! That Chinese server is very very RUDE! One star is good for you!

We were not thrilled with our order at New Wok. We chose it over Bourbon St Grille for no good reason . The Shanghai noodles were excessively greasy. The chicken was so bland and tasteless. Broccoli was also subpar. Overall, we did not enjoy our lunch.

Terrible taste or no taste! Hot and sour soup- bad Noodles- bad Chicken- bad Tofu- bad Highly recommend other locations

Just had this for lunch and sooo not impressed with the noodles. It was tasteless and portion of food for the price.... Not worth it. I've spent my $12 on wayyy better Chinese food. Time for this company to step their flavour game up.

If there was a way I could give zero stars I would. I wish I checked this eating before I decided to try myself. Worst service ever. Lady behind counter doesn't have any customer service skills. Food garbage.... And service definitely is!

Not gonna lie. I love their food. I get it everytime I go to Vaughn Mills. Love it, love it, love it. The meat is a good size, the batter and sauce are awesome. The noodles are done very well. Love it. Great value and always consistent.

poor customer service,the employees serve in a rude way with a bad face. No forks with your order and if you ask for it they just say no. I don’t recommend this place to eat. The food is cold and they serve like they are in jail. Bad place to eat and the service the worst !

Chicken is bad, almost raw chicken corn soup. Customer service at front is zero. Ramen noodles would have been better.

Vegetables were basically uncooked, food was cold, and the lemon chicken was all gristle and just chunks of skin from other pieces of chicken.
