I have been working with Carbon Graphics Group for some time as a contractor with my business CDN Crew Installations. I consider them a strong partner with my business and find them to be true leaders in the print industry. We have had successful projects in a wide variety of of sectors including Signage, Privacy Film, Printed Vinyl Murals, Wayfinding, and much more. I highly recommend Carbon Graphics for any or all of your print needs.
Working with Carbon Graphics makes my work life easier. The team is professional and supportive - especially when I'm putting together significant events. I had one of their staff come for a site visit to go over installation details for some signage and a wall mural. He was amazing! Not only did he gather measurements and take photos of the work areas, but provided additional advice on my future projects based on his past experiences. At the end of his visit, he even took the time to walk over to a C-train platform with one of our senior members to show her the correct train she needed to take to get home. I have had nothing but good experiences with the Carbon Graphics staff, and I absolutely recommend them for anything from small print jobs to exterior signage.
I approached Carbon Graphics Group to do a commercial service request for me. Brett Greiner and his team were extremely responsive and friendly. They provided me with a solution and a quote quickly and were also prompt to schedule and complete the work. Everything was well-coordinated, communication was amazing and pricing was very fair. There's something about talking to someone directly that gives you a greater sense of confidence when it comes to print jobs. I've worked with Carbon Graphics Group in a professional capacity for a few years now and they have always provided top notch printing services of all kinds for our company. The key being service- they are responsive and knowledgeable. Recently they worked on an addressed personal admail campaign for us that spanned Canada and the USA. These can be complicated because of Canada Post, but they handled it like pro's and guided my team along the way. I'd recommend them without reservation.
Brett with Carbon Graphics helped out my business in a pinch. They printed our product labels with an impressive turn around time and very reasonably priced. Thank you for your help to get us out of a bind!
I love these guys! Working with CG has always been a pleasure. Quotes are out quickly – Jobs run smoothly and are often delivered before deadlines. Working remotely from South Africa, I can’t physically check print projects, so it’s so reassuring to have a printer who can keep an eye on print quality and colour for us. I can relax knowing my print runs are in good hands!
