Honestly this place is normally absolutely garbage but the last 6 months or so the quality of everything has picked up a lot. I do mean everything from the pizza to the cheese garlic sticks. I'm going to continue to give them a few more trys and if they stay consistent I'll bumb this up to a 4. Then the only thing left to make it a 5 would be perfect customer service!
New Orleans pizza is in a lot of small towns and its a good pizza place. This location in Lucan has always gotten my order correct, always made fresh and comes hot. I have ordered the plant based pizza options and I was impressed with the options and selection that they had for plant based, along with the pizza being delicious. Average pizza place but good and would recommend to anyone looking for plant based pizza options or just looking for a good quality pizza for family pizza night.
I would recommend not going to this location. Truly a disgrace for New Orleans Pizza, generally I really like their pizza but the one in Lucan is awful. Pizza is messy, some of my slices didn’t even have cheese on it, there was so much sauce, the crust was burnt.. it’s like they didn’t even try. Anyways. Don’t go here, not worth the money, I didn’t even end up eating all of my pizza.
My favourite place for chicken chunks! I wish they had more pizza topping and sauce base options, but do love their option for garlic crust.
This place is so hit and miss. Staff are usually nice but need to be retrained on your plant based menu. The menu is right on the door with the ingredients for the pizza on the poster. Some times the staff know exactly what I mean when I ask for my pizza and then other staff have no idea and I end up with a completely different pizza then I ordered. This has happened multiple times. The occasional staff will tell me they don’t have vegan or plant based pizza and I have had to point at the poster to say, yeah you do and I get attitude. I’m grateful for the options to eat here but I won’t be coming back due to lack of trained staff.
Stopped her for lunch at work, the slice looked like it was sitting around for hours and got attitude from the girl for asking if she could heat it up, which she did for about 10 seconds then tossed it on the counter. Pizza was still cold... last time I waste my money here.
I was there this Tuesday around 12:45. Greeted with what you want? I told her, anything to drink, I told her. She took the slice and just about to put in the bag and I asked can you please cut the slice in half? Her attitude was not great. I paid, no Thanks, have a good day nothing. Went out to my car and the pizza was cold. Hence the 1 star. Usually the service is good, polite, no need to ask for the slice to be cut and if the slice is not hot enough they also put it in the oven to heat it up. Very disappointed
This is one of the worst New Os going, it’s a 50/50 if they actually make your order correctly. And if they make it wrong they try and make it your fault. I always get garlic strips no cheese with whatever toppings because I’m lactose intolerance and it’s almost always made wrong.
Came in for a couple slices at lunch, ordered and had the suspicion it wasn't warm. It was cool to the touch. Asked the lady to warm it up to which she did with an attitude. That aside the pizza was edible, dry but edible hence the 2* rating. Not going back.
When we arrived at this location to place an order the girl at the counter was rude and obviously didn't listen to or care about my specific allergies. She didn't take our name when we ordered so when we came back to pick up they had no idea what we were supposed to get, and hadn't even started making it yet. I ordered a gluten-free pizza as I have celiacs, and my fiancé ordered a regular pizza. I was hesitant to eat the pizza as I already didn't trust the staff and it wasnt labeled as food should be when an allergy is mentioned. We got home and I am 99% sure that niether pizza was gluten free. Anytime I have ordered gluten-free pizza at other locations the crust looks and tastes different than regular crust. I had my fiancé try mine first to be safe, and he wouldn't let me eat it as he didnt trust that it was gluten free. Several other people picking up their food at the same time as us also didnt receive their correct order the first time.
