So I LOVE greco donairs and pizza but this one is run out of a service station and the owner does not consider it a priority. His staff are told NOT to answer the phone if there is a customer in the store which means it is never answered. And them most times the staff say they are not able to take an order for a myriad of reasons. Wish it was better. I would be a weekly customer if it was.
Not impressed. A guy hide and we didn’t see him for a good 15 minutes until the owner poked him out, and they didn’t hand us the menu because apparently he didn’t have any. They had no signs either. The guy didn’t seem to be aware of the menu. Said he doesn’t have party size…… doesn’t sound like a Greco pizza franchise.Recommended dishesPizza
Great pizza back in the day however as agreed with the other one star reviews, quality has went downhill ever since this store began operating under new management. The dough was very dry and the cheese was too bitter.
I wasn't overly pleased, which was very disheartening. When I called to order, they told me that it would be half hour before the only person qualified to make the pizza would be there. I decided to wait the half hour and do a walk in. Nobody could find him and it took almost an hour before he could make my pizza. The pizza didn't come out like I remembered it. The cheese was plastic like and the toppings were severely lacking once again, not like I remembered. Being from the east coast where Greco is from I have only one suggestion: if you can't make it, don't try to fake it.
Horrible ownership went to order a pizza at 6pm last night and the owner was rude about it and said it’s closed can’t you read the sign? And yet there was no sign with hours on it! Very rude ownership will never deal with them again
Pizzas look good but I just had the donair bites. Delishious think chicken wing but no bone just beef meat and crispy coating. Added some spicy hot sauce the the mayo garlic dipping sauce they had. Hit the spot. Will definatly do another order next time I'm thru Lucan.
Suddenly since the new ownership donair is not a proper fit to sell it seems, good bye and best wishes to the previous owners and staff, you all are very much appreciated even more now than ever and obviously missed
This place is special too Lucan in my opinion. I recommend either the Donair pizza or just a plain donair wrap. Very delicious and Staff is extremely friendly! Decent prices too!
Most times now we call to order food and they say there is nobody there to make food, or they are closed at 5pm?. Appears that Grecos is not supported in the new ownership.
Food was delicious only thing was the wrappers on our subs were stuck to the food and we lost a good chunk of the sub because we were pulling out the wax paper
