Edit: Nav, the manager there, made it right! The following Friday he personally delivered the pizza right to my door. The pizza is hot and delicious. Thank you for the great second experience, we will be back for sure!! Terrible experience. Placed an order and waited the 20 mins outside in the car with my child. Went in to get the pizza and they hadn’t even looked at the order slip. Lost my time and my business. Twice the Deal down the street was able to make my pizza in the promised time!

BEST VEGAN HAWAIIAN PIZZA. My boyfriend and my personal favourite is vegan cheese, veg ham, and pineapple. This is the only place with good pineapple - fresh and flavourful. Every bite is amazing! Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese, vegan ham, vegan pepperoni Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Wow, where to start with my first class experience that I would never have expected from a pizza store. I’ll begin with the staff, they were superb throughout demonstrating great accommodation skills and expertise as they guided me through my order, suggesting a variety of toppings based on the type of taste I was going for and what type of bake would be best. Finally, the food was outstanding, the toppings tasted fresh and with the garlic sauce dip I couldnt stop myself from overeating. Will definitely come again with family and friends!

Stopped in Guelph over the weekend and tried out this pizza place and it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend checking them out. Staff was very nice and we didn’t have to wait long at all for our order. Will definitely be going back!

Hands down, the best pizza in town. Love their vegetarian pizza. As that's the one I had! Perfect crust, perfect taste. No additional condiments are required..! Perfect on their own, these pizzas are! Value for money.. Alao, the satff is awesome..! Very warm and very welcoming..

Just tried New Orleans Pizza which just opened a couple of weeks ago. First off, the staff were incredibly friendly. Very welcoming! Now, for the food. INCREDIBLE. I've lived in this neighbourhood since 1987, and I've seen a lot of pizza places come and go through Westwood Plaza. It goes without saying that NOP has the best pizza I've ever had from this neighbourhood. The dough had such a great taste, as did the pizza sauce. The toppings were plentiful, and the pizza itself tastes very much like pan-style. It's such a refreshing change from the run-of-the-mill pizza that we always seem to get when a new pizza place opens at that location. The wings were extremely tasty, and I can whole-heartedly say I'm in love with the garlic knots! Welcome to the neighbourhood NOP! You've made a permanent customer out of me!

This is the best pizza in Guelph. The service is amazing and the staff are very friendly.
