Ordered double pepperoni and when I opened the box at the store there was no pepperoni! Owner said it was under the cheese and then added all pizza are made this way with the topping underneath?!!!!!!
This pizza should have never been allowed to be put in a box. This pizza singlehandedly was the most disgusting pizza ever made. It's not even half cooked, and there's basically no ingredients on the entire thing. I'll drive to Clinton for New O's before I ever think about ordering from Goderich ever again. Just close up shop or sell the business. Worst pizza in history.
We decided to order a pizza in our stay in Goderich as this was the only place open past 8 besides dominos. We were told it would be $8 to deliver 4km away but we still got delivery because we couldn't go get it. The delivery was quick but the pizza was sub par. Hardly any topping and barely any sauce. A pizza without sauce isn't pizza at all. The pepperonis were extremely blade too and could hardly taste the. Was basically $25 plus a tip for a large cheese and dough pie. Would not recommend.
Was nice to see a company that would deliver to a truck driver held up in line at goderich Salt mine. Didn't complain about not having a addressFood: 5/5
Just awful on every level. I chose regular sauce and there was next to none, what could light sauce possibly be?! It was like eating raw dough and the toppings were so scarce you could barely even call it a pizza. We only ate it because we were so starving after being at the beach we didn't want to go out and had nothing else. Although to be honest I mostly ate crust and covered it in dipping sauce. Terrible.
Would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely disgusting pizza - zero toppings, prepared with zero care. UNSANITARY STORE. Did not witness hand washing, before or after preparing food - even after cashing out other customers. Woman working not wearing uniform, fixing her hair in the kitchen - no hand washing, no hair net. I will not eat here ever again and I would advise others to eat elsewhere too!
Bad experience. Never had such kind of pizza in my life. Staff is not friendly. Chicken wings are half cooked. Please don’t waste your money
I read reviews about mask so was skeptical but when I went there everyone was wearing masks properly. I was staying in Goderich for 4 days and ordered twice from New Orleans during my stay as their pizzas were amazing. Courteous staff, the pizzas took little longer, but were made exactly the way I wanted.
Excellent services by New Orleans . I ordered a Veggie Pizza and it was yummy and delicious. I really like it. .
The pizza was a joke. I ordered a pizza with the spicy Italian sausage, it came with less than a slice of sausage per slice. Overall the toppings were shy and my garlic strips were overcooked. If you want cheap pizza, save your money and go down the street to Little Caesars, its not much better but at least you are getting what you paid for there. Also the cashier at the time had the dirtiest mask I've ever seen on a persons face. It was a blue/white paper mask that was more brown than white.
