Our appetizer of Boneless Wings medium was to be coming out after our entrees. Apparently forgotten. The food is ok. Garlic toast was burnt and the Jambalaya Fettuccini was bland. The pizza was extremely salty. There wasn't much sausage or shrimp, and the chicken tasted microwaved straight out of a NO FRILLS container on clearance shelf. Our waitress was nice enough and apologized for the inconvenience, and we have sympathy for her. But as a whole.. with kitchen staff etc, it's a bit of a disaster. Kitchen staff and management failed tonight.
We arrived just after 7pm on a Friday night. The restaurant side was full and the bar side was about 50% full as well. The hostess politely asked us to wait while she checked with the kitchen. When she came back she told us the kitchen was backed up adt would abouta 15 minute wait before we could put in a food order. We sled if could sit in the bar side and order a drink. They were very accommodating and a sever quickly took our drink order and repeated that it would be a few minutes before we could place a food order. Drink service was prompt and a short time later we placed our food order. It came out in less than 15 minutes. It looked and tasted great. We had a small Royal Hawaiian pizza and the Pecan chicken salad. It was the perfect meal for 2 people with a medium+ appetite.
My wife and I had dinner there last night to celebrate our 45 th anniversary. Service was great and fast. Food was excellent and the portions were huge. In fact we took enough home for another meal for the both of us. Our waitress was a funny girl and we enjoyed her company. All in all it was a great experience P and P Parking: Lots of parking
Our soup was tasty. Our pizza came cold in the middle. It looked like it had been pre-made and frozen and when heated up the middle remained cold. Not enjoyable. The second plate had not been washed from previous use. You could see where it has been used and the food streaks and cheese remained on the plate. That’s a mistake but when we notified the server she blew us off with no apology just as simple oh sorry as she walked away. She was too busy chatting to notice us. No tip was left and I always tip bases on the service. I am very understanding when servers being busy or errors but if you want a tip from me I expect pleasant service. Very disappointed as I often go to Boston Pizza in the London area and never has any location disappointed me. Bottom line, my partner and I received poor service, poor food and unwashed dish. Inspect your dishes before placing on the table.
Slow service, dark dirty restaurant. Everything we ordered was like it wasn't cooked there but just heated up at that location. Food was way overpriced and less than ordinary the portions seemed like they were measured and weighed out very much a microwave meal feel. I suggest people should just stop going and maybe they will start cooking quality food with proper flavor or they will just go out of business
Food was good with good portions. It was ready pretty quickly. Everything tasted great! I definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip!

Was there today with our 2 young kids who were well behaved today . Asked for a booth and was seated immediately. Awesome. Hostess was not inviting but have had worse. Not a problem. However that was it. No service after 20 mins of being seated. After that made multiple eye contact with the servers and the hostess who sat us. Gave us hope we would be taken care of. 45 mins later we packed up the kids and went across the street to Harveys. Place was not busy as there was no one else in our section. Will not go back again.
I would recommend continuing down the road to chucks. Service is ok. Menu used to be quite good but was reduced due to COVID and many dishes seem smaller and the quality just isn't there. For the price there are much better options in the vicinity.
My girlfriend and I decided to order take out at the Goderich Boston Pizza for Valentines day. I have eaten at this location a handful of times, the food is usually great, however the customer service has varied in the past. Our experience yesterday evening was very disappointing. My girlfriends dinner looked exceptional, however my burger was lukewarm and the quantity of onion rings was a literal joke. Like 4 onion rings - perhaps 3 and a half that were room temperature. I can understand this was on valentines, but considering the price paid - my girlfriend insisted we call and complain. Unfortunately to our surprise we did not receive a response after 3 calls, and considering we had no troubles getting a hold of someone to order we were extremely disappointed.
