New Look Cabinets were fantastic from start to finish! I would recommend them to family and friends and everyone else without hesitation! We wanted to update & refresh our 11 year old kitchen, but didn’t want to change the granite or travertine. We worked with a designer to pick the colours and then the painters did their magic. The pictures speak for themselves but what you cannot see is the quality of the job! Each cabinet was restored to perfection and the finish is exceptionally smooth and beautiful! Their attention to detail and wish to make our reno the best it could be was evident from the start. Tony was our project manager and made sure the job was completed to perfection. They took such pride in their work and have given me a whole new kitchen. I could not be happier! I also had them do 2 vanities, my laundry room cabinets and the mantle. It was a huge job that they completed in a professional manner and did all they could to keep the schedule they provided. My only wish is that I would have done it sooner! Thank you New Look Cabinet team!
The $50K cabinetry throughout our custom home failed after 2 years. Our builder abandoned us. It was with such relief that we found New Look Custom Cabinets to explain what the problem was and how to fix it. Tony was incredibly supportive, not pushy, fair prices and the workmanship was superb. We now have cabinets we have confidence in. No hesitation in recommending New Look - we should have used them for our build!!!!!!
We wanted to brighten our kitchen from the dark chocolate cabinets but did not want to do a rebuild. We got three quotes. Tony came to our home and explained the entire process which we really appreciated and did not get from the other companies. We were a bit concerned as the previous paint job did not hold up, so we went to their shop and Jimmy took us through the entire process, which alleviated our worries. This made the decision to go with New Look much easier. Dee, their designer came to our home and went through all the colour choices and was so helpful. The painting team of Adam and Tom were so easy to work with. They were on time every day of our project and were very accommodating. We could tell they take great pride in their work. They communicated every step of the project. Thanks to everyone at New Look Cabinets.
I was interested in getting my cabinets re-painted instead of replaced as they were in good shape and it was much more cost-effective to have them re-painted. I reached out to New Look cabinets based on their excellent reviews, and Tony came to my house to do a consultation and explain the process very well. The process started with a colour consultant who came to my house and help me pick out a colour for my cabinets – she was wonderful and had some very good insights. Then the actual project started on October 18. A team of two came and worked on removing my cabinet doors and painting my “bones”. They were efficient, clean and always communicated when they would be at the house which I appreciated. This process took about four days. The only concern I have with the project was the lack of communication. Originally when I met Tony, I was advised it would be approximately three weeks for the project, and it ended up being approximately seven weeks from start to finish. I recognize in Covid times there are delays, but the situation was made more stressful by not being told of the delay. I called at the 3-week mark to inquire on when they would be coming to install the doors and at that point I was advised of the delay. In the future I would encourage the company to be more proactive in communicating any delays. The project completely finished on December 10, with touchups that were needed. Tony also advised me that there would be a complementary visit in the spring to touch up anything that needed to be touched up, which I appreciate. Overall I would go with this company again as the work they did is wonderful. The total cost of this project was approximately $4800.
When we had discussed remodelling our 25 year old kitchen, we were hesitant about painting our existing cupboards and not replacing them altogether. We were unsure how the finished product would look. We are so happy that we went with New Look Cabinets and couldn’t be happier! From the initial inquiry, to Tony providing a cost estimate, and throughout execution, every step was completed in a professional and timely manner. All of the individuals that worked on our kitchen were experts at what they do and treated our house with respect. Consultation with an interior decorator is provided free of charge and the overall cost of the project was a fraction of what it would have been had we replaced the cabinets all together. They even painted our fireplace, cut down our island and added additional cabinets. Thank you so much Tony and team! I don’t think we will need to contact you any time soon, but will not hesitate to use your services again when the time comes!
This is the second time we have used New Look. On this occasion, we decided to get our stairs repainted to modernise their appearance. Thank you Aurimas for doing such a great job on the painting. He was courteous, and punctual and careful in his work. We are both very happy with the end result. It certainly has made a difference to the overall look of the stairs and landing especially with the new colour scheme and carpet. Thanks also to Fawn who is always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I would highly recommend this company for your new look painting projects.
Tony and his team are absolutely incredible to work with. They helped pick the perfect colour and did an absolutely phenomenal job repainting my kitchen. I have never been more in love with my home! I have referred him to a friend and the work done on his kitchen is equally as phenomenal. I would never go anywhere else to get this kind of work done for my home!
We had a wonderful experience having our kitchen cabinets redone by New Look. Tony and his team were fabulous. Chris did the on-site painting and did a superb job and left a clean area when finished. The interior designer was very instrumental in helping us attain the perfect cabinet colour and gave us tips to help improve our space. Tomez did an excellent job of crafting and installing the doors and handles. Tony was always available to answer any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate in recommending their services. We were extremely happy with how seamless the whole project went and the final results exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, the end-result was EXACTLY what we were looking for. When you begin a project, you always have a vision in your head of the outcome, and I can tell you that the team at New Look hit it to exactly what we were looking for. Secondly, we had to change our project scheduling a couple of times because of our schedules, and Chris and Tony at New Look were more than accommodating to us to work to our schedule and making it work. Thirdly, the communication with Chris and Tony was exceptional and exactly what a customer needs during a project. Chris and Tony both responded quickly to any questions we had before and during the project. In summary, if you are looking for exceptional quality and great customer service, look no further than New Look Cabinets, you will not be disappointed !
We were in need of having our kitchen cabinets refinished and contacted 3 different companies. New Look was very prompt to respond and showed up on time with all the information that was required and asked very good questions and answered all of our questioned. Tony was very prompt to give us a quote which was a very reasonable one and was honest about the timeline we were looking at. Throughout the whole process Tony kept us informed as to what was happening and worked with our vacation plans. The end result was more than we could have asked for as the doors were in very bad condition and they can back looking like new. Our kitchen is now something that we are no longer ashamed of but can't wait to show it off. Very professional service from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend New Look as i feel we would not have gotten the service we did from anyone else.
