New Image Cosmetic & Medical Centre

I went into the office yesterday due to going to get some more Botox because mine only lasted a month if that so I let him proceed with it and putting my Botox in since I’m going away on holidays in a few days then he told me it’s the last time he was doing my Botox because he got offended. I guess when I told him where I used to go in Toronto last 5 to 6 months so anyways, I need the same Botox by Allergan when I left, I noticed my face swelling and last night I have a huge right bulge in the corner of my eye so he punctured a vein so it’s all bruised up now and my left eye has a bruise to thanks a lot every single time I leave there with bruises all over my eyes. What a great way to go on holidays looking like I got beat up like how long does it take to learn how to do a technique I’ve never been bruised from any other doctor, and I go to many different doctors all through Canada and states! Your eye sight sight is definately not there I had a huge is incident long time ago with a filter that was injected by him to to to get it dissolves cause it looked horrible if I can post pics I would

Just thought I’d write a review of my experience at Dr.Poon’s office.. I’ve been here a couple of times for help with my facial scarring and it was decided I’d be best suited for the CO2 laser.. first of all the price was pretty great compared to some other clinics in the city and although the laser wasn’t the most comfortable experience the staff were very nice to me the whole time and we’re very accommodating. All in all I’d gladly come back and book more appointments in the future : and also the laser really improved my scarring!

I have only positive things to say about this place. I am so happy with my results every time I visit! Pay the extra to see a doctor vs. a nurse and go see Dr Poon! He is kind, honest and at this point the only person I trust with my face. The whole experience there is very comfortable- I love Linda and the entire staff there- you will feel welcomed and taken care of and it is worth every penny I have spent there. Once you see your results you will feel the same way!

I got a 12 month hydra facial regime at new image cosmetic and I am thrilled with the service and results. I’m about 4 months in and I can see a vast improvement in my skin texture, fine lines and consistency. Breakouts are less intense and far less often. The esthetician is so nice and friendly. The office is new, clean and inviting. Overall, I’ll definitely be expanding the services I receive here. As person new to Canada I was nervous to entrust someone with my skin, but they have exceeded my expectations.

Phenomenal Staff, Very Clean and always on time. I researched the Kybella injections myself and then my consult answered all my additional questions and got me very excited about the treatment. I am very happy with the results from my first injection and looking forward to my second treatment. Would 100% Recommend
