As I first entered the laser center it was very well put and neat. Everything was organized and it felt very refreshing and modern. As goes the customer service it was phenomenal. It was my first time therefore Virpal was very kind and helpful. She made sure I got all my needs fulfilled with the best price in town. Although we are going through a pandemic she had sanitizing stations everywhere and she also offered face masks if we had forgotten. She also maintained social distancing which is hard to say about other places. She shows she really cares about her customers. I have gone to a lot of laser centers and by far Virpal's service exceeded my expectations will be going back for sure!Service: Laser hair removal

Customer Service was amazing! The owner made me feel very comfortable when I was getting my treatment. Not to mention the pricing is awesome! I have been here about 4-5 times and each time the owner does the treatment with patience and precision. I would recommend going here for all my family and friends she is very talented and it is worth your buck!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Edmonton Laser Centre. Veer is a very genuine, friendly and knowledgeable person who only wants to see amazing results for her clients. I have seen a drastic difference since my sessions and would 100% recommend this clinic. Great prices too!

I purchased a Group on for this clinic, and I got to say so far it's been very good, I've never had laser and I was a little worried since the area I'm getting done is...well. Sensitive. The Lady I think the manager gave me full a full overview and detail package with procedure and risk and result expectations. My first visit was great - though I was a little concerned since the goggles they gave me to wear were broken and ghetto. But, she made me feel very comfortable. my second visit I had a different lady - younger- and she didn't get all the areas and just seemed very sloppy. but my third visit I had the original lady again, even though she was on the phone with the north side clinic as they had questions, she still did a great job

This place is clean, professional, accommodating and has excellent customer service. I wasn't sure whether to buy the groupon because I read a few negative reviews on google. But those must be one-off negative experiences. I'm nearly at the end of my treatment, and I waited this long to give a review just to make sure the quality of service was consistent - and it is. I am happy with my experience and Veer is extremely pleasant to deal with. All I paid for was the Groupon, nothing extra was charged to me. Yes, one of the eye glass handles/arms was broken, but I really didn't care. I kept my eyes closed anyway - I didn't want to stare at the laser beams.

I had a very bad experience with ELC @ 36-4004 97St. When I phoned her for under arm laser she offered $200 for 6 visits. When I went there she charged me 6x75=$450 and told me that a single visit costs $125, where other centers offer $40-75 per visit. I came back home checked with some other centers who provide the same service and most of them offered me less than half of what I paid @ELC. So guys please don't get into the trap.... shop around when you go for it... street hawkers are much better than these people...

I bought a groupon for ELC on the north side and the experience was very poor. I went in for laser on my sideburns. After the 3 day on the first two session it was as if nothing happened. The hair grew back just like it would if I had just shaved them. On the third visit they burnt my face; on my upper cheek. Nowhere near my sideburns. And when I went in to show the damage she said it wouldn't scar, but they wouldn't put it in writing that it wouldn't. I have pictures to show the result. It scarred. Ive had laser done before on my face and that has never happened. Don't go here. Poor experience. Glow skin laser is 100% better than ELC.

Veer is amazing with anxiety and was able to calm me down and introduced me to lazer treatments for my badly in-grown under arms .. and after i'm done my treatments i shouldnt have any hairs left

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.Very inviting with extremely proffesional staff! would definitely recommend this place for laser hair removal and lipo laser is great too!

I don't recommend anyone to go to this place for laser hair removal. I won't let anyone to be learning to do the job on expense of my face.
