New Chow’s Kitchen is an amazing restaurant they gave us the best service ever! The prices are great the food was fresh, hot and delicious and the owner is very friendly. We appreciate them serving us tea while we waited and delivering our Chow Mein to us that they forgot to include and they didn't charge us for it. We are looking forward to ordering from them again soon.
If you're looking for "fast" mediocre Chinese food; than you found your place at "New Chow Kitchen". We ordered to-go 2 vegetable spring rolls, fried rice, vegetable lo mein and 2 cans of pop; all for $30.49 including tax. The portions were large; as we could not finish up our meal. The food tasted "bland" not spicy. It was "okay". The owner, Tom is very nice. Our overall experience was nice, however; I "would-not" go back there again as I have compared the cost of what we ordered and paid for verses other Thai/Chinese Restaurants within the neighborhood that had much tastier food for almost the same price.
loved this place and ordered from there once a week. called today the person over the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't let me place my order. This has to be the worst customer service that I have ever experience I have ever received.
We went for lunch for Chinese new years eve. Arrived at 12:30pm and it was CLOSED. Supposed to open at noon - according to posted hours. Door was locked. I called from outside and no answer. We went elsewhere
We really enjoyed our dinner delivered from Chows restaurant. Very fresh, flavourful, no Msg! It was delivered in a timely manner and was very hot when we received it. The portions were large, huge shrimp in the chop suey. The price was very reasonable. I don’t usually review but am so thrilled to finally have found a good Chinese food restaurant that delivers more then overcooked reheated buffet calibre food. Thank you Chows! Keep up the Good Work!

Ordered for the first time and it was delicious! I think we found our new go to Chinese take out. Food arrived hot and delivery driver was very friendly. Their ginger beef was very good!
It was my birthday yesterday & I wanted Chinese food for dinner so me & my gf decided to try New Chow Kitchen. The food was good but all of us 2 adults & one 8 year old have been awake all night fighting over the toilet. Not sure what they put in their food but it's definitely not good for your stomach. We have both agreed to never order from here again.
Called restaurant to place an order for delivery but was informed driver wouldn't be in for another hour. Told worker I would call back. Called back 10 mins later to place order for pickup instead but no answer. 2-3 more calls and no answer. 4th call, someone picked up, and hung up. We've been ordering from New Chows for over 10 years and they just lost out on a $100+ order and any future business from us. Very disappointed
Our go to place for Chinese food for the years westernized. Beef brisket is really good. Vegetables are cooked tender-crisp and all servings have good portions. Menu has reduced in options and sadly, no more coupons for delivery pick-up only. Consistent food and nice owner.
