Messed up our basement by disconnecting downspout and plugging sewer and wouldn't help pay me for repairs, by plumber. A city employee said Never Leak Basement had a bad reputation. Wish I had known that, before I got involved. I talked to the owner and was told he would pay me back some of the extra plumbing costs. Never received a dime. Not a man of his word, apparently. Don't use these people.
