I had a great experience with Arctic Heating & Cooling. The owner, Barry is so nice !! Also, Karen, the office administrator is always on the ball, she does a great job and she is very nice too. I got a furnace from them and the installers Oscar and Al were great! They worked so hard! They knew what they were doing and they actually helped correct a problem that the company Reliance caused. I am so grateful to them for fixing it and for making sure what was installed was now safe. I asked Oscar lots of questions and he answered them all and was willing to explain whatever I needed to know about the furnace and the new smart thermostat. Thank you so much Karen and Barry for getting the thermostat I wanted. It is fantastic!

Over 500 dollars and air conditioner still not working. New parts that were replaced that didn't need to be replaced. 3 service calls where he was a no show and no calls to let us know. It was a nightmare. Had to to hire new company for another 500 to try to fix the mess that they left and find what was really wrong . In the end their reply was all we had to do was call n tell them. But seriously after 5 fruitless in accurate diagnoses and 3 of which he was a no show why would we do anymore business with the. ? Sorry but it needed to be said this was so wrong

They were excellent! They worked really hard and did a nice job on my new furnace! Recommended!
