i would like the staff to not sell me what i didn’t ask for, not try to convince me to keep a product that i didn’t ask for, and not try to convince me to sample what i don’t want. just be honest and say you no longer carry a certain coffee instead of sticking what i didn’t order in my bag. so i had to come back for an exchange because the line was too long the day of purchase and they told me to go back in line after being deceptive. also, if i came all the way back downtown to return the item then leave me alone if i say i don’t want the item. not impressed.
upsetting customer service interaction. Employee laughed at me when I asked what are similar pods to Tokyo as I don't enjoy high acidity; condescendingly replying " Tokyo is really acidic" and she scoffed and became more condescending when i validated my response by sharing with her that i found Ristretto more acidic it was offensive, especially as a customer I was aware and mindful that the pod composition had changed in 2021. Tokyo coffee sourcing now uses a Mexican arabica instead of a Brazilian arabica. intensity has changed from 4 to 6, acidity has decreased from 2 to1. there are pods ranked at 4 for acidity stack on top that Ristretto clocks in with 3 for acidity. How do you recover from this type of interaction? & reading the low rated comments - the staff at the Bay exudes pretentious personalities. @Nestle - it's amazing how you've saw an opportunity and took the appropriate steps to shift towards consumer needs - but the staffing etiquette is atrocious. these storefronts are the only touchpoints where returning customers and potential customers are able to be immersed in Nespresso's brand and majority of us are left with a sour taste in our mouths.
I had the worst experience at Nespresso with the sales assistant, she was so rude, cero good service, I had some doubts about some capsules and she didn’t wanted to help me with anything, really the worst sales assistance I have ever met, unfortunately there wasn’t anybody else there to help so I had to buy everything from her. I won’t come back there I definitely prefer shopping online because she definitely made me angry and ruined the experience.
Great desserts, very welcoming staff and I love that wall of cups I named it the Wall of my Addiction.... But the place is overcrowded during the weekend. You need to add more seats at least 10 more. The whole store should be "redesigned".
Had the worst service ever from Nespresso! Been client for 5 years and they made error in system and sent twice a recurring order. When I called all they could do is nothing. When I asked for a supervisor/anything else they asked to call back tomorrow, no supervisor, nothing. They are not even able to call me back themselves, I gotta do it ! Wow I can’t believe they treat clients like that for their mistake! So deceived in you Nespresso!! Never buy a machine or you’ll be stuck with them…

Very poor quality of staff. Arrived 3 mins before closure and they refused to serve me saying it was already 7 PM. Very unprofessional staff and seemed like they do not care whatsoever.
April 19th 2018, around 6:30pm, The Bay Worse service I've had. Employees were rude and it felt like I was bothering them. Another client was next to me, and neither of us were served or welcomed by the 4 employees until we addressed them. Feeling unwelcome. I was not sure of my choice of coffee, and so I changed my mind at one point and the employee behind the cashier laughed at me. Very disrespectful. Customer service should be better, at least for that shift. Last time, the service was perfect
