Called to have a gas line installed for a gas stove... line was installed but while pushing the stove back the plug was cut from the line... but he replaced the plug and all was good... kept smelling gas... so called and another plumber was sent out and charged $75 for a service call and there was a leak found... was told after that leak was fixed that it was all checked throughly and there was no leaks and that if we smelled anymore gas that it was the stove... well once again smelled gas this time calling Consumer's first and immediately they sent a technician out and found another leak from a joint in the line under the stove... so called again to have it fixed... was told we would not be charged the $75 service fee this time (don't know we were charged the previous time because if the job had been done correct the very first time there would have been no need for a service call)... finally after this call all is fixed

Great experience with a warranty claim on my central ac unit.  They have been out numerous times to perform work on the unit.  Aaron and Barb have been a huge help since day one when I first started the claim.  They have both gone out of their way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.  Will continue to use NES for future HVAC/plumbing needs.

These guys are prompt, friendly and professional! I needed them to replace a cracked valve for my sprinkler system feed line and they were right on time and got things done fast! I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I had called Nate about an issue with my plumbing at my office he had one of his guys out early the next day and had my repair done really quickly. Very professional and the workmanship was great. I highly recommend them.
