Amazing place to satisfy your sweet cravings! The sweet and crispy waffles were amazing! Light and just the right amount of flavour and textures. We enjoyed them so much that we came back for brunch another day! The savoury waffles were also very good! Great service and delicious food!

Wow! Who doesn't love waffles at any time of the day? Nero is a super cool offering in Vancouver popping up in a few spots now offering these beautiful waffles if goodness in all forms. You can get servings of all varieties both succulent and sweet. But save room for dessert where waffles always shine. Reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Super service!

Nero is a must visit if traveling to Vancouver!! Awesome and friendly staff who would check up on their customers to make sure everything is good! Waffles are always perfect and delicious whether you get sweet or savory. It does get very busy so I recommend coming before/after the lunch rush or making a reservation. If there is a wait for dine in, staff would make sure to write down your name and contact you to let you know when your table is available! Also their prices is more than reasonable than other dessert places in Vancouver.

The waffles were light and toppings were sufficient. The only thing is waiting to be seated and have our orders in front of us. It is quite busy and they don’t take reservations. The autumns awesome apple was amazing and so was the Benny. I even got the mini waffles box of 7 to go. Our server Nicholas was very friendly and accommodating. Will visit again!

This place has great waffles! My boyfriend and I had the strawberry cheesecake, the Bennie and mini waffles to go. Everything tasted great but pricy for what you got. When we first arrived we were told it would take 20-30 minutes… it took 1.5 hours to get in and I can see why. The service is awful. The servers ignore you and never come to your table. I had to waved down the server few times to take our order. Other people who came in after us were being served. We also were sat at a table that would fit 6-8 people and there were only two of us. We wanted to sit in the booths but they put group of 4 there that were very squished and beside us was a family of 6 and they got a smaller table then us which makes no sense. It took 15 minutes to order our food and another 15 minutes to pay our bills. Good food but bad service. We also wouldn’t recommend the chocolate covered mini waffles as they are overly rich. The softer one and the ones with filling were way better. Over all I’d get take out but wouldn’t stay inside again.

Delicious desserts, great ambiance, and friendly service. We enjoyed the Orange Mousse and Lemon Ricotta alongside an espresso. Personally, I like their signature recipes served on the thin and crispy waffles, since the toppings are quite rich and will probably fill you up before your last bite. Friendly note - there is a $10 minimum per person and a 60 minute seating limit. Enjoy!

Such a great experience. There was a short wait and the outside tables were very nice. The staff is all very sweet and helpful with suggestions and explanations of the menu. I ordered the lemon ricotta waffle and it was very good. The hot chocolate was amazing and my favorite the I got I ordered! They melt actually chocolate down and they had a variety of alternative milks to choose from. A great choice for a breakfast or brunch.

There was a bit of a line up to get in but sooooo worth the wait! Both savoury and sweet waffles were made to perfection. The grilled cheese waffle was really nice, I got a soft poached egg on the side and they did them perfectly.

Came by a while ago for some waffles and they did not disappoint. The server was especially helpful in explaining the offerings and even gave us some tips on some add ons to heighten the texture and flavours for our selections. A perfect treat for any day.

TRY THE RASPBERRY PETITE WAFFLE! We had a wonderful experience with Nero. Great customer service. Clean environment and helpful staff. Outside sitting was warm and comfy. Great presentation. The waffles were fresh and delicious. I just wish the had decaf espresso shots for their drinks too. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend and will go back soon!
