Great gym, good service and good vibe. Has most equipments you would need. Treadmill stopped by itself for some reason while I was running, but was fine.
Very friendly staff, pretty much clean, and well maintained. The manager was very understanding and flexible in terms of the membership specially during the times the gym was shut down because of covid. Can be crowded at times. Good and respectful members. I hope there are more classes soon. The locker and changing room should be regularly sanitized and cleaned because there are times it smells like foot, sweat and armpits. I hope that the lockers will be updated too, like e-keys for lockers instead of bringing your own locks.
Lots of people go here, it gets too crowded. But they had everything I needed in a gym. Just wish it was bigger or there were less people and I would have stayed.
Great gym - not too expensive at all. Equipment selection is pretty good!!
Good but way too small and crowded at peak hours even 8pm during the week or morning on weekends to a point where it could get unsafe. Stepping on someone's face while the person is lying on the floor lifting weights, because no benches are available is something that almost happened. The place is clean, people are nice, however, I would totally reorganize the space remove huge machines that nobody uses and replace them by more regular ones.
This is the gym I use. Close by, and very friendly staff. The place is clean with plenty of hot water in the showers. The group classes are back in full swing now with the usual instructors and a variety of classes throughout the week.
Its a good gym if youre a 54 years old person getting into training who wants to do group classes, this is not a gym for weightlifters or bodybuilders or even those instagram fit dudes and dudettes. The gym is small and the variety of machine is limited. They only have one machine of each and leg press is broken. It is crazy crowded for the size of the gym it is frustrating when you go to train. It wasnt like that before the pandemic.I changed gyms, I couldn’t deal with waiting after every single machine or spot I want or need to train. Its hard to follow your training plan as you take what machine is available and not the one you need.
Very very good place. Classes , equipment and staff are incredibly nice. I suggest for people who live nearby.
It is just an Okay gym. Pros : -Flexible opening and closing hours. -A good value for money if you go with the annual subscription for the basic package. The staff is very friendly except one receptionist. Cons: -Rude receptionist a young lady who lacks a lot of soft skills, and should be trained on the spot it is the customer who is paying your pay check my dear -Could be cramped with people at specific hours with a blatant lack of training material. -Dressing room could have been much more cleaner
Worst Gym in Montreal. After being with the gym for one months I felt that it was not personally what I was looking for in a gym, I thought I may as well cancel the membership. I emailed inquiring about cancellation and was told that I am "still in my one year committed term" and my cancellation is unable to be processed. Essentially, I am being forced to pay for this membership for the remainder of the year before cancelling? I find this policy to be very unfair. Very unhappy with my experience. I have to paid A ridiculous AMOUNT of $110 for just cancelling my subscription, Please avoid this Gym at any cost, no one helps, No assistance is provided whatsoever. Adding on top that the Receptionist is super rude and un helpful
