Trevor and Martin were very knowledgeable and professional during the install of our 2 new furnaces.  They were courteous and able to answer our questions along the way, and the final installation is very tidy and well done.  They went above and beyond, even shoveling our driveway when they arrived the morning after a hefty snowfall.  Great knowledge of HVAC and plumbing code, and attention to detail.  No hidden costs, would recommend them to our friends.

Brian was incredibly helpful and efficient, and we will be requesting him by name in the future. Some companies and/or trades individuals ask for trust... other inspire it. Brian inspired a confidence and trust, that he would treat my house is if it was his own. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs, and because of him Neptune & Co.

Customer service was excellent from all involved. When details needed to be sorted out around warranty, all of the staff including Joe, Ben, and Jennifer were all helpful and responsive in getting things sorted out. Ben was extremely good polite, knowledgeable, and helpful to have on site.Thanks to all!

We had our Navian hot water tank replaced by Neptune plumbing and heating. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the install process and the products they sold. Tyler and Martin were the techs that did the work. They were clean on site and caught many of the old problems our previous hot water tank installer missed. Thanks for the great work!

First class service from Neptune for an emergency furnace repair in winter (Dec 15). They came out immediately and the field tech Trevor B. was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and told me everything that was going on. He found the problem immediately (a seized fan motor), identified other things to keep an eye on in the future, and gave me all the options from doing the bare minimum to fixing everything. Trevor was fantastic. He even noticed and repaired (AT NO CHARGE!!) a deficiency on my water heater plumbing that was installed a couple of years ago. Trevor at Neptune is my GO TO guy!!
