Neptune Palace Restaurant

Almost all our order is good. The staff is friendly. The price is all right. Eggplant is good size and tastes good. We ordered a dessert called QQ something bear because it looks cute. The fried noodle is so so. Taste only soy sauce.

We ate dinner here. We ordered Peking duck and a number of dishes. My in-laws asked for the leftover duck bones so they can make congee. We have done this many times at this restaurant and this was the first time we were told that it will cost $10 for duck bones! I do not understand why it would cost money when we already paid for the Peking duck. Are they going to start charging for lobster shells and crab shells too if people asked for those to be packed to go? It was a good meal until this extra charge was brought up. We told the server this and nothing was done.

Really nice and elegant environment for lunch and dinner. There are Dianxin and formal dishes for choice. Taste is alway good and high level.service is good, waitress always check guest anything needed or not. Very suitable for company, friends and family gathering. Worthy to recommend to my friends.

The 2 of us came here for a birthday dim sum lunch. We ordered the mushroom dumpling, chicken chow mein, & fried calamari. The sauces on a couple of dishes seemed to be the same sauce. I only liked the mushroom dumplings. I don’t mind paying extra for quality food but I wasn’t impressed. My friend who is a regular here mentioned that their menu isn’t as extensive and prices were higher. Service was okay. It’s located in the Mall and parking is complimentary.

The restaurant is one of the nicer Chinese restaurants in the Fraser Valley. We came here bc our local Chinese restaurant had no power. We came here for dim sum on Christmas Eve and surprisingly it was not super busy around lunch time. It was a minimal wait, but they want your whole party there before they seat you. The dim sum portion is large it is pricey at about $10/item and food was beautiful in presentation although some items flavour was ok. They make all their dim sum in house, so that probably justifies the more expensive price bc of quality.

Came here with a group on the weekend. They were quite busy, I would recommend reservations. The food here was just standard. It was quite expensive and the quality did not reflect the quality. TNT has the same food for 1/2 the price. The seafood congee and the prawn spring rolls were was the best dishes I had. Good amounts of seafood. Crispy and flavour full prawns.The prawn fried rice was also tasty and large portion to share.

Food is good, fresh dimsum, been there many time. The manager is fast & helpful during I run the wedding there. Thank from #Aodaivancouver and Le wedding & decor

My go to dim sum in Surrey central and always a favourite for out of time visitors and family and friends. Tried couple of new desserts that is not only delicious but sooooo cute too

Ordered satay beef with gailan for take out and found a bug mixed in with the food as my family is enjoying dinner. UGH.. VERY DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. We lost our appetite after this. Not going to order from here again.Food: 1/5
