Nella's Jerk

Must try the stuffed patty!!! It’s filling and delicious. I would recommend this place, Nice friend staff, clean store, Good quantity and quality.!!! I have tried jerk chicken, curry chicken or goat are amazing dishes as well. Never disappointed. Will be back to this place soon… Keep up the great food Nella!!

Oh my goodness, we tried Nella’s Jerk tonight and it was so good! We loved the stuffed Pattie’s, the patty filling is so smooth - just like we’ve had in Jamaica! Tia and Barry are amazing!! Highly recommend the jerk pork with rice and beans as well!!!!

Terrible Service and Irresponsible!!! I Had an order to pick up on Christmas eve, a time for pick was confirmed. I arrived at the restaurant and nobody was there, it was closed. Nobody answered the phones when I called. It was Christmas Eve and my family was looking forward to eating oxtail and jerk pork. If I knew they were so unreliable I would have cooked it myself. This ruined our Christmas Eve dinner because it's too late to buy oxtail anywhere on Christmas eve after 3pm in the day. I used to go there all the time to buy food but now I'll start going to TopVille instead. It's close by and actually closer to my home. You lost a customer. If you can't stick to your word and commitment in business, you shouldn't be in business. There's no excuse for forgetting about orders, especially on Christmas eve during the holiday season.

I got the large jerk chicken and pork with rice & peas and coleslaw for both. Both dishes were very delicious and meat was tender. Coleslaw tastes amazing! Perfect sweet and creamy compliment to the spicy and savoury jerk.

Please donot order food or eat from this restaurant. I always ordered from here for the past two years. I recently ordered a stuffed patty and poutine online. The poutine has no description so I thought it was a regular poutine. It came with fries and pieces of jerk chicken. I decided to try it nonetheless. The chicken had a odd smell to it. I tried it and realized the chicken was spoiled. I was in office setting and asked two other coworkers to try the chicken. Both agreed that it tasted off. I called the store to report that the chicken cannot be eaten. The lady started telling me it is impossible for the chicken to be spoiled because she just cooked it. Yet, chicken could be spoiled before cooking it. I have bought fresh chicken from stores that I had to return after opening due to smell. If chicken is not stored properly before cooking it can spoil as well. There is many possibilities here. Anyways, she was literally arguing with me on the phone saying I am lying. I have ordered many things from this restaurant without a complaint. What would I gain to tell the chicken is spoiled???? I was more concerned that you were not aware of the matter and you would continue serving people chicken that could make them sick. I am not ordering from this restaurant again. Please improve your customer service skills. Very disappointing to say the least.

I have been wanting to go here for a while as I like jerk chicken and having a jerk place in Orangeville especially had my curiosity. The food was fresh, the freshest I have had. The only thing I think could improve is theres too much rice, if there was maybe 4 or 5 pieces of chicken in the large would be better. Overall was really good better than expected.

Nella’s Jerk reopened and is amazing! Best oxtail curry and goat curry ever! My sons devoured the jerk pork! Definitely coming back! New owners are super friendly!

The jerk chicken special was good but a bit too much rice to chicken...and I could have used a bit more tang to my chicken. Jamaican party 10/10. Thank youFood: 4/5

Wow... speachless, this has got to be in the top 3 carribean meals iv ever had. Quality 5*, large portions size, flavor 5*, and the vibe reminds me of mommas cooking. Thankyou for filling my belly, truly a diamond in the rough.
