Nelia, those are the exact comments I heard.  
My friend’s 95 year old father, and former WWII Canadian pilot, was a quiet, humble, devoted, kind, and gentle man.   I asked my friend what colors her father would have liked best.  She suggested red and white flowers, as he had loved his country.   The scene of his casket draped by the beautiful Canadian flag and flanked by your stunning red and white bouquet must have been like an all-out fireworks finale for that moment in time.  
Nelia, it was so easy to work with you.  The exchange rate portion worked perfectly through the cc company.  Your prices were reasonable and were comparable to your competition’s prices. You arranged the flowers and colors sculpturally, which had a powerful impact.  You picked the best flowers at the exact right time, you were generous with the amount of the nicest and more expensive flowers, you worked hard for me, you paid attention to every detail, and you are so dependable!   My friend’s family got my note too, so, thanks.  
I saw at the picture of the bouquet.  Even in a picture, it was beautiful.  I get a sense of how big and vibrant the arrangement was when compared the size of the lilies in it.  And, it was really fresh.  It had to have been cool to see in person.
This is my first google review, and you deserve it Nelia.  As a business owner, I know how important truthful online reviews can be to business and how much they help consumers make the right decisions when spending their hard-earned money.
You’re the best and I don’t see how there could possibly be a better Florist in the Toronto area.

Nelia is truly fantastic to work with. When I first met her, I could tell she really cared about the quality of her flower creations. Nelia designed beautiful centrepieces for my wedding reception as well as several flower arrangements for my ceremony. She exceeded my expectations not only with the flowers but with the relationship we built. Typically, working with vendors for a wedding is not an easy task but Nelia was always easily reached via phone or e-mail. She responded very promptly and she was always willing to go above and beyond. I did not have a decorator coming in and Nelia was more than willing to assemble all the centrepieces with gel beads and LED lights. Other florists would have required this to be completed already so they could just place their flower arrangements on top. Nelia's prices are very reasonable. She takes pride in her work and would never produce something that did not meet her standards. I highly recommend Nelia floral designs for any occasion. I know I will definitely be using her in the future!

She made a lovely bouquet for a friend of ours. We gave her a few guidelines and left the rest to her imagination. We more than happy to with the results. 

I love supporting someone that can do there dream job and keep it simple. Definitely will be going back.

Went to Nelia for flowers for my grand mothers funeral. She provided her expertise as well as a loving hug. The arrangement was beautiful. Will be coming back in the future thank you Nelia.

I would recommend Nelia's Floral anytime! 
Great customer service, works with your budget and style design of choice. I am very pleased with my service experience and how professional there service was. 

My grandmother from north York loved her birthday flowers!!!
