I ordered 2 bunches of 48 yellow roses through the Costco website. They arrived a day later than scheduled. They were delivered on a hot afternoon from a hot delivery van, they were actually steamy when I opened them. One bunch in each box was upside down because of how the box was marked. Sadly, most of them are unusable and will just be compost. I will return them to Costco for a refund. Not impressed and will never order again.
We placed an order through Costco for our daughters event and ended up being left hanging on the day we were supposed to pick up our flowers we ordered. From the start we had to go back three separate times to place an order, the first time we were advised there were system issues, the second time resulted in again system issues as our Costco membership was not being validated, third time we finally ordered and received a confirmation ordered was placed. We placed our order four weeks in advance on the day of pickup we showed up to be told rudely that they have no clue and there is no order the lack of assistance got me furious with an apology finally provided seeing how I was. Representative attempted to call and get details of order and was told there is nothing and left it as that we were advised to call Bloomstar and take it up with them to which we have yet to receive any calls, we were forced to scramble and just get flowers from what was there and available paying more then we wanted to as nothing what we ordered was available. I will not order and or depend on this company in the future the situation we were left in should be one that no one should go through and the lack of customer service and remorse was appalling no accountability.
Received a lovely bouquet from my son and daughter in law unfortunately the vase was smashed to pieces. I called Bloomstar customer service 6 times and left a message, never received a reply. Since then my beautiful roses never opened and just wilted. Yes, I followed the directions to a tee. Very, very disappointed!
Purchased 2 bouquet through costco online for mothers day. Purhased May 2 for delivery May 5. Tried to avoid all the mothers day rush by ordering early and having delivered before the holiday. 1 of the 2 bouquet was delivered on May 5. I called them and they had record of my second order and asked me to be patient, they were very busy and I understand. I called again on the 6th, 7th and 8th. Bouquet never got delivered. I was patient and understanding with them and they left me hanging.
Was helped by Faye Yan of Bloomstar, working at Costco Markham. Went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We bough 25 bouquets of roses for a wedding . Lovely flowers great price.
I am changing my rating to this place since they have enhanced the service. Now the situation is much better and the quality of service has been improved. It is a neat place and they are the guys over there are professional, I do recommend ordering flowers from this place and you will not be disappointed.
Nice staff with a pleasant attitude toward the job. Have made a couple deliveries here and haven't had any problems. Not too hard to navigate the lot in a semi or 5 ton.
