I need to let people know about Sonia Leith. This amazing lawyer essentially fought for me when no one else would. And she fought hard for me. She had seen in me how much I had struggled alongside my drive to move forward with my life and advocated for me without ceasing to stand behind me. I had a motor vehicle accident in 2019 and Neinstein Lawyers went above and beyond to resolve everything far past expectations and swiftly as well. From time to time an experienced trial lawyer encounters a case for which he should engage the help of other legal counsel.  I had such a file, involving a catastrophically injured baby, a victim of his own mother’s actions.  The circumstances were incredibly sad and tragic.  Several physicians had ignored clear warning signs about the mother’s mental state and in my view were clearly negligent.  Still, as with most medical malpractice cases, this would be an uphill battle.  I wanted to give this boy the best shot possible in the courtroom.  I thought immediately of Duncan, who has taken to trial scores of cases involving compromised babies.  I knew he had the skill set and the experience.  I was not disappointed.  He talks to clients plainly and directly, but with sympathy.   He conducts himself without pretense and with complete confidence as to how to orchestrate the lawsuit.  His team, including Sonia and Brandyn, is second to none.  They have mastered the very difficult task of lining up experts, assembling complex documents and generally putting the best case forward.  They act as if the very future of their client is at stake.  Because in these kinds of cases, it is.  When you litigate against physicians, you come face to face with literally the best financed legal defence teams in the nation.  Duncan is incapable of being intimidated by any of that.
