I want to thank the Bogoroch & Associates team of Richard Bogoroch, Heidi Brown, and law clerk Elisa Gil for providing exceptional service for my brother, who was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. His injuries were catastrophic, and I initially feared for his life. When I contacted Bogoroch & Associates, Heidi Brown, one of the firm's partners, came to see us in the hospital, and I immediately felt my brother would be in great hands. She was kind, patient, and attentive to the gravity of this catastrophic event that has changed my brother's life forever. My brother had numerous orthopedic injuries and compound fractures, including a brain injury, presenting significant cognitive challenges. The Bogoroch team was professional and empathic, showing concern for my brother's well-being and providing countless opportunities to assist his recovery. Despite the global challenges COVID-19 presented, the Bogoroch team was able to settle the case in a little over three years. The settlement will undoubtedly provide my brother with the long-term support for his mental, physical and recreational rehabilitation that he will require for the rest of his life. It has been a challenging time, to say the least, for my brother and our family, and I could not be more appreciative of the level of service we received. I am grateful for the proactive approach that promptly and effectively moved this case through the litigation process on my brother's behalf, which proved to be nothing short of exceptional.
