My wife and I worked with Ben recently on the purchase of our first home together as well as the sale of my previous condo. Ben was amazing to work with! With exceptional market knowledge, complete honesty and a down-to-earth approach he managed to help guide us through what can be a very stressful process chasing Vancouver real estate! with relative ease and gave us the confidence we needed. After only a few discussions he knew exactly what we were looking for and wasn’t shy to steer us clear of potentially poor long-term investment decisions, putting our best interests above all else.  In the end, we found the perfect new home and despite an overly competitive bidding process, we won because we had the best realtor in our corner! Ben is awesome! He has now helped me with the purchase of 2 condos in Vancouver. The first time he managed to find a condo that both my sister and I agreed on. This was no small feat, we had very different priorities for our first home. Ben is a great option for first time home owners. He takes the time to explains the process and has great connections for your inspection, legal, and really any other closing needs.  He has also now helped me with the purchase of my own space downtown. A unique space that I love. This was a very popular space and Ben acted quickly to make sure my offer got through.  Ben has also been a great source of advice on any home renovations or appliance needs.He's been amazing, going out of his way on more than one occasion to help me out of a jam!  I really look forward to working with Ben again as my housing needs change over the years.

Ben's approach with first time home buyers is fantastic as he really took the time to understand what we were looking for, he thoroughly explained everything to us, and he did a great job showing us several options, in different neighborhoods, in a variety of price ranges, so that when it came time to write an offer, we were totally confident that we were making the best decision for us. He found us a perfect place in Kits that we couldn't be happier with!

Simply put, Ben is the best! We asked for the impossible - a detached house in Lynn Valley on a budget - and he knocked it out of the park! Ben is a very smart, talented and dedicated professional who clearly loves what he does and puts in 110% for his clients: he did a great job scheduling appointments and always came prepared with plenty of market knowledge; he had great reno ideas for every fixer-upper we walked through; and he was patient when we couldn't quite figure out what we wanted or where to look. When we found houses we liked, day or night, Ben was quick to respond, and made sure our bids were competitive - always trying to find that sweet spot of winning without over-paying. At the end of the day, we really felt that Ben added a lot of value during the whole process, always putting our interests first, and we couldn't be happier or more impressed with the result.

Ben is an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, reliable & professional. He was able to get us into the perfect place with ease, even in Vancouver's difficult market. He is the only realtor we will every use... definitely recommending him and his team to everyone we know.
