Very happy with Neatfreak. They do a thorough job, accommodate our spoiled dogs with a smile and on the rare occasion when the routine needs to change, the communicate well and take care of things with almost no effort on our part.

We were booked for weeks in advance and confined the appointment the week before. They canceled the morning of the cleaning with an email. Didn't call and haven't returned our call. We had company coming to stay with us and no time to clean on our own.
