I've been going to this location for a little while so far my experiences have been fantastic. I go in every 3 weeks for a Brazilian and an eyelash tint and Carrie does a great job. She's friendly, professional and achieves great results for me. I came in today to get a hair cut here for the first time. My stylist was Rachel and she was awesome! She gave me a fantastic cut and my hair is not easy. I'm a ethnically mixed and my hair is super curly and prone to frizz, Rachel knew exactly how to cut and style it. Receptionist was also friendly environment was clean and the salon product selection was great. I can't wait to go back. Thanks to everyone that works there.

Great Customer Service by far!!!!!!! Waiting on my girlfriend while she was getting her hair done, and an older gentleman with grey hair and beard was offering me complimentary coffee or tea!! Extremely awesome staff!! Samayah loves her hair. Thank you!!!

Wanted ash brown. Got banana yellow. After admitting their fault and confusion I came back 3 times to have it fixed. Was charged $200 even to fix it to a colour I still don't like. I feel I should have been compensated as my hair is now very unnecessarily damaged. Hope everyone else has a more positive experience! content://media/external/file/90583

Worst place ever!!! ...  Except for 3 honest people.   First off, my original experince with Beth was fantastic.( This was roughly 8 months ago. )  The next time I went I was told my appointment was not booked for that day but rather a month later.  I was offered a spot with a man named Rich that day.  Honestly, I was not happy with that, but I needed my hair cut and styled for an event.  He nailed it.  He told me he would look at what Beth did and "clean it up" the way she did.  He did exactly that.   I also noticed that the business does piercings.  Rich pierced me that day and let me tell you that he is amazing.  At no point in time did I worry anout what I was going to get.  I have been back 2 times since.   He is the only one I trust to pierce any more.  3rd person is Melanie.  She offered me an " adjustment " on my previous cuts.  I cant say enough about her. But now here is the reason I say its the worst place.  ......  I had an experience with a lady (I forget her name but she has short reddish hair) but she claims to be the manager.  All I asked her was if I could get a quote for a new colour from Melanie as I was given her card, and she told me that a colour consultation wasnt possible without booking an appointment.  She also told me that consultations cost $10.  I know that's a lie.   The "manager" needs to go if you want people like me to continue to come back.  Just know what you are getting in to when you book here.  There are good people and terrible managers.   Good luck.

My appointment was at 6:30, I waited 20 minutes to actually get seated In a chair and even then I waited long. Went to get balayage done and I showed a picture of what I wanted, the lady was nice and funny but she said she can try to get the colour. The process went well but when she washed my hair she told me the toner would go in for 10 minutes turns out it was only on for like 20 seconds. Then drying my hair it looked great until I walked out and looked at it at my house and it was a gross yellow that didn't go with my brown hair. Looked like highlights gone wrong again.
