L'Attitudes Salon & Spa

I drove over an hour to have my hair done by Danica. As an esthetician I have worked in many hair salons and I love how she does my hair. Some can do a short cut, some cant and believe me she can. Furthermore I cant understand all the negative comments about this salon (unless its people fishing for freebies) I've always had a great experience here!

NEVER GO HERE! They will ruin your hair and make you pay $400+ to fix it, without actually fixing it. They have turned my hair orange, accidentally dyed it black from blonde and given me skunk streaks. The manager uses aggression to bully her clients when there is any customer service issue whatsoever. They charge salon prices, but don't be fooled- this is NOT a professional salon.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this salon. Yesterday was my second time going there , I arrived right at noon on a Sat. with no appointment and I was taken in right away for eyebrow waxing , done by Tracey, excellent job thank you , and a wash cut and style done by Mario. He washed my hair and then directed me to his chair, he then served me a coffee which was delicious. He then talked to me about what I wanted and what he was going to do.Well I can't tell you enough how pleased I was when I left.Thank you Mario for an excellent job , I felt like a million bucks when I left yesterday . And as for the two young ladies at the front counter, they were very courteous and friendly when I arrived as well as thanking me when I left. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great salon experience.

Went in with my sister and looked at a few hair products to buy. I don't know if it was the way I was dressed or what but the receptionist came out and didn't even look at me, didn't offer to help or even acknowledged I was in store. Her attitude was a bit off putting so I tried winners and with no luck I came back. Same girl came out to ring me out. Didn't say a word to me except for the total of my purchase. This is so unprofessional and rude. Definitely will never go back to buy hair products there and not to mention the horrible job they do with customers' hair, which I won't get into. Just 100% appalled by the service.

The people there were sooo nice! My hair dresser Ainslay was the best, she made the whole experience 10 times better than it normally would. Highly recommend
