Scam, tried to scam me for my money. Unprofessional, all representatives are liars and untrained. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our hot water tank stopped working in the morning. Made the call shortly afterwards. Had repair man in at 4:00 in the afternoon. Tank is fixed. And all in one day thanks to the wonderful receptionist for her quick response. And thanks to the technician who fixed our problem quickly and got our tank going again. Both were very polite.

Absolutely ridiculous service. My water tank has been leaking for 3 days and I constantly keep calling and keep getting told we are working on getting a technician to take care of it. They even hang up on you while you are talking so they don’t even care about listening to their customer, forget about actually providing service.

Our hot water tank rental broke down on Tues. night. Called Enpure on Wed. and had a repair man here on Wed. afternoon. Very polite & quick service. No charge for repair with rental. Thank you Enpure.

Quick response for service, patient customer service. Was expecting way worse after reading all of these reviews but I realized it is probably due to poor communication as they aren't very good at speaking English.

I wasn't very impressed with this company when I first contacted them. I had to call three times before I was able to speak to a live person! But then when I did, the service guy came very quickly. So all in all, the service turned out to be good. But they should have someone answering the phone.
