The person who is in reception was soooo rude ....I have not even asked anything..he just knock desk and point out to door....so bad experiace...

Great range of lighting ideas. The staff are very helpful, particularly Mark who served me. It was his first day in sales, and born to it. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic shop for all your lighting needs both indoors and outdoor lights. Huge range to choose from with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I found it through Google but now I know about it and purchased out door Bollard lights and some indoor I would not look anywhere else. We were there on the 18th Feb. John.

Wouldn't let people without face mask even if i can't wear it for health reasons,while staff members walking inside without them.Double standards!!!

I bought 4 sets of lights from the National Lighting Showrooms but unfortunately i had a few problems with them.. The manager of the store Michelle went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure my problem was satisfactorily resolved.. It is nice to know that customer service like this still exists! I would highly recommend this store for customer care and attention to detail alone!! They do also have huge range of lights!!

Expensive for lighting but you can usually find what your looking for.the down side is NO catalogues to look through like they used too,as they can't have all there products in store too any they need to do this to stop customers going elsewhere like I did. Pj
