This was easy to book and pickup. The cars are a very short walk so they are way to get to. You should note though that the desk isn't always. Manned and you might have to wait a short time for someone to get there.  I didn't experience this but did talk to a guy waiting as I was dropping off. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with.

Staff went above and beyond to make my stressful trip a less tressful one. I can not speak of higher human values than this crew. The compassion shown says everything about the  character off the staff and it is of the highest standards.
