Decor is classy, and prices on menu match the decor. However, the menu selection was not as varied as I would have liked - their only kind of steak was striploin, varying weights. Ordered medium rare but came out closer to medium. My husband ordered pickerel fish which tasted almost a little under cooked and no deep flavour. Their preparation of vegetables was tasty and cooked perfectly. We will not return as the prices were very expensive compared to the quality of food produced.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience. Waitress treated us like gold. Beef barley soup was excellent, as was the bruschetta. I had the haddock special, and my date had steak which I got to finish. Everything...absolutely delicious. I will gladly come back again.

This is our annual anniversary go to restaurant, and it has always met our expectations. The food is marvellous and always prepared properly. The fish entrees are especially good. Someday people will get over a controversial decision and move on. Don't let this spoil a very good meal.

I and my husband have eaten at Nathaniel's Restaurant several times and have always had a great time. The food is amazing, the staff are personable, friendly and knowledgeable, and Dan - the chef - always comes out to say hello. Our most recent visit was a spur of the moment decision on our anniversary and they accommodated us although they were busy, and our dining experience was excellent.

Delicious menu, excellent service. One of the best options I've found for "Fine Dining" in town. It's not got the decor to be formal but the food certainly is. Much of it made with local ingredients, it's got fantastic flavour. Worth the trip if you're anywhere nearby.

Extremely disappointed by an uncomfortable visit. Walked in to the empty restaurant at 8:30pm and was told the server needed to "check if the kitchen was still open". Why not lock the door then or flip your sign? Was told the good news that in fact we could order, only to be told once we settled in and started ordering dinner, that they would not accommodate a child friendly portion of pasta with butter or other basic meal for our 7 year old son. They serve pasta...wasn't a stretch. I think she said "grilled cheese" as an option but nonetheless, we packed up and left. In all our years of family dining including upscale restaurants around Ontario, never had this situation. Not once. Thankful to Norma Jean's down the road who not only provided great service, but dinner was divine including the plate of pasta for junior.

One of the best restaurants in Grey & Bruce County. We eat here often and it is always a pleasure to visit. Great value for even better food, service is great! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone living or visiting the Owen Sound area.

Amazing. We both had the rainbow trout for a main course. Excellent. The peanut butter cheesecake and french vanilla ice cream were decadent. Our first time, will not be our last.

First time there and will not be my last. Fine dining at great prices. Paid only 16$ more than my last outing at Boston Pizza. Both included a bottle of wine. Service was also excellent.

This is a must visit for fine dining in Owen sound. It hit a great combination of reasonable prices and amazing food. Certainly a great spot for a nice dinner date, or small gathering. I will certainly return next chance I get.
