I've had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress at this gorgeous boutique! My guests and I felt so comfortable in their private area to try on wedding dresses, and Diana was so kind and patient with us. She really made the experience memorable, and I'm so glad I found my dress here! I was able to find all of my accessories here as well! Thank you so much Diana for the incredible service and experience!

After visiting 5 boutiques I came to my appointment at Natalia Exclusif without high hopes. As an older bride, I was having trouble finding something age appropriate, sophisticated yet stunning. I had seen other dresses that I could have settled for, but I had yet to have my bridal moment. Immediately upon walking in, Diana was friendly and welcoming. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and showed me, in detail, a few styles that she thought would fit my vision, my body and my style.  She nailed it and before I knew it I was crying and saying yes to a dress. Super knowledgeable about the designers, styles and fabrics, I highly recommend visiting Natalia Exclusif and I am forever grateful to Diana for making this special moment so much more than I could have hoped for.

As a bride it is extremely stressful looking for the perfect dress. I have already visited several places before going to Natalia Exclusif; however, even though the dresses were nice the customer service wasn't. But at Natalia Exclusif, I literally felt as a bride, they were listening to my concerns, my wants, my needs and of course what shape suits my body type. I loved their expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to any bride. I tearfully and gladly said YES TO MY DRESS. Thank you!

I think this store has high quality dresses so I do think that it's worth visiting. But I feel like shopping for dresses can already be stressful and make you self-conscious, and the staff just made that so much worse. They told me I was very late to shop for my bridesmaid's dresses in a judgmental and condescending tone, without considering that there were serious reasons that prevented me from shopping sooner. They suddenly unhooked my bridesmaid's bra and insisted she remove it even though she wanted to keep it on, and they told my other bridesmaid that she chose the better color cause the other one would make you look huge. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. EDIT: I did reach out by email to the shop about 2 weeks ago but they did not reply. It is indeed this shop that I intended to review.

The wedding dress that I bought it from Boutique Natalia’s exclusif was the highlight of the event. All the invitees felt in love with the dress and I was the happiest bride wearing it. The process of finding and buying the dress was so smooth thanks to the excellent service. I highly recommend the store

Found my dream dress here today!! Diana was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. and fun to talk to!! She somehow knew the things that I would like and dislike before I even did myself. I love that she was very honest and I think her input is really what helped guide me towards the right dress. I'm very excited to get married in it!!  I think it is also important to point out that after doing a bit of research on Montreal bridal boutiques the dresses at Natalia Exclusif are actually extremely reasonably priced, which does not detract from the quality at all. The quality is impeccable. Also, they are the only boutique in Montreal I found that carries Papilio bridal dresses. Therefore, Natalia and Diana obviously have the best taste in all of Montreal. :D  11/10 recommend!!

Best Experience in Montreal! The most gorgeous selection of high quality European dresses. The service is excellent, Natalia is very patient, kind, extremely helpful, has great taste, and fun to talk to! They dont pressure you to buy, they geniunly want you to find the dress that is right for you. I found my dream wedding dress there and both my mom and my sister found their evening dresses, along with beautiful accessories. I will definitely be coming back every time I need occasion wear! I am getting married this summer and one of my friend recommended me to go check out Natalia exclusif for my wedding dress.  I live in Toronto but originally from Montreal. I was in town so decided to check out the store did not have in mind that I will buy anything that day.  I was served by Natalia the owner and she was so kind and helpful. She let me try on so many dresses. I already have a style in mind. However, she asked me if I trusted her and asked me to try on dresses that she has picked for me.  GUESS WHAT!? I ended up with the dress she picked for me! When my mom saw me with THE dress, she had tears and I felt so elegant with it.  Natalia is so understanding and respectful. She asked me to try on the model that I initially wanted and I realised that her professional point of view was right!  Also, Diana was a HUGE help as well. I went to pick up my dress this week and she was so friendly and helpful. I love how they will give their honest opinion on what suits better on us. She helped me choose a veil that matches my dress as well.  We also got my mom’s dress mother of the bride from Natalia Exclusif. Diana was so patient with my mom. She knew what kind of styles fits my mom’s body shape well. Diana was really fun to work with. I recommend her service 100%  Overall, we LOVED our experience and we recommend their store to everyone. We did not felt the pressure to buy anything. We really love the one on one experience. We did not felt that we were rushed to go because of other upcoming appointment. They really focus their time on US. They really understood what we wanted. I have to customise some part of my dress and the final result was just PERFECT!! Had the best experience shopping at Natalia Exclusif with Diana today! Patient, honest advice  & service with no pressure. Beautiful selection with great quality. Went home with the most elegant gown! And have a new go-to place in the city for evening dresses.

I went in twice looking for my wedding dress. The first time I had a particular style in mind and tried many beautiful dresses but none seemed to be quite right. The sales person was super kind and patient; I left needing re-evaluate but was invited to come back another time, no pressure to buy anything. A few weeks later I saw another dress on their IG and it was totally different than what I originally had in mind, but I loved it and knew I needed to see it in person. I went back in again, and it was gorgeous! It was nearly perfect, was just missing something and they were definitely willing to help me out. My dress finally arrived and when I saw it I was beyond excited!!! It's so beautiful and they really worked hard to get exactly what I wanted and I am beyond grateful for that because it looks exactly how I pictured it. I was so nervous I would never find anything that fully made me happy, but they really made it happen for me, thanks so much!!!!
