A crazy fusion of korean and Chinese. Not to be confused though: this is a Chinese restaurant that you can get some Korean-style-chinese-food at. Mostly Chinese food though. The food was actually pretty tasty. Egg flour soup was probably up there in the places that I've tried. The house special fried rice was bomb. The curry chicken was great but the veggie lo Mein was lacking anything but bell peppers. Atmosphere was great here and the service was very kind and speedy for being 10pm. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for Chinese!
I just have never been so disappointed. We used to come here all the time for post band practice late night dinners. The food used to be some of the best in town but it's completely awful now. Stale chicken, weird sweet flavor on everything type of chicken ordered. Small menu compared to before. Didn't have Pepsi?! You have to pay first before being seated and be given whatever they decide is food for human consumption... Don't bother.
Nara, a local chinese food restaurant, has a pretty good sized menu at a decent price range. The portions you get are a little underwhelming, as they are overloaded with rice with only a little bit of the main dish itself, but the flavors are alright. They were pretty quick on making the food, but they also use some pretty cheap styrofoam containers so be careful if you do take out not to let it get crushed or slide to one side. Not my favorite chinese food around, but convenient for sure.
We liked the general tso's but it is NOT general tso's. Like other reviewers said, this place is not Chinese. It's Korean style Chinese food made the Korean way. Did not like the black bean noodles either. The bean sauce was very sweet from all the onions in it. It came with seafood soup which also didn't taste very good. Don't really recommend other than general tso's which was more of just sweet sauce.
Wasn't impressed. I ordered uber eats sweet & sour pork + spicy seafood noodle soup combo and spicy chicken wings... the soup was lacking flavor and it was very watered down.. it desperately needed SALT....the wings were good tho
Korean native approved! I love it. Good variety of food options, very tasty, authentic, and reasonable price. Don't mention the nice customer service too
Spicy chicken had an odd sweet flavor with a little spice afterwards. Fried rice is pretty blandFood: 2/5
We love the noodle with black bean sauce #4 and the combo noodle platter #3 was also very popular with my family. The spicy seafood soup has a great flavor and this is definitely worth returning. Lastly, slice pig feet dish was amazing. It is burst of flavor! sweet, salty, and spicy.
Open late Chinese, Japanese and Korean food. Bar onsite with Shoju and liquor. Dine in up until 1am or take out or delivery until 2am.
Hope you take this review as a warning. Shouldn’t have ignored all the red flags myself. Starting with this being a fusion restaurant. The food was terrible. The chow mein was oily and the shrimp being few we noticed was cut in half ! The vegetables taste like it came from a can. The seafood pancake was undercooked; this was mentioned to the server thinking he would take it back and offer a new one but stood there awkwardly saying “oh okay” and left. The Jajangmyeon was plain; black bean paste watery. Nothing was finished, not even halfway. We had asked if this dish could be taken off the check it was terrible enough to walk out and not give them a cent but we wanted to be decent humans. The server became defensive since this was his parents restaurant and said that my taste buds were broken. Mind you Jajangmyeon is one of my favorite Korean dishes and have tried many prior to this location. We are traumatized by this experience. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
